Infused Transitions provides spiritual, educational, personal-development, reflective, intuitive, energetic, meditation, coaching, creative, and related content and experiences. Nothing provided by Infused Transitions is intended to constitute or replace medical care, mental-health care, psychotherapy, counseling provided by a licensed mental-health professional, legal advice, financial advice, veterinary care, or any other service that requires professional licensure or individualized professional evaluation.
Spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, reflective, coaching, educational, and personal-development language used by Infused Transitions describes the nature and framework of the work being offered. Such language should not be interpreted as a representation that Infused Transitions is diagnosing, treating, curing, preventing, or prescribing for any medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, veterinary, or other professionally regulated condition or matter.
You remain responsible for determining whether any information, product, service, practice, suggestion, exercise, spiritual teaching, intuitive guidance, meditation, energetic practice, or other offering is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriately licensed professional assistance when needed.
II. No Warranties and No Guaranteed Results
Infused Transitions strives to provide its website, content, materials, products, services, programs, courses, sessions, writings, publications, spiritual and energetic offerings, educational materials, and other offerings with care and integrity. Individual experiences and results vary. No specific result, outcome, manifestation, personal change, spiritual experience, energetic experience, insight, improvement, benefit, financial result, relationship outcome, health outcome, or other result is promised or guaranteed.
Nothing provided by Infused Transitions is intended to constitute or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, financial, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, care, or services.
You are responsible for evaluating the information and offerings you choose to use and for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when circumstances require it.
Infused Transitions does not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful technological components, nor does it warrant that defects or errors will always be corrected immediately.
III. Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all original content, materials, products, writings, publications, teachings, programs, courses, sessions, meditations, audio and video recordings, card decks and card content, books, journals, workbooks, exercises, prompts, methods, frameworks, concepts as expressed in protectable form, graphics, photographs, designs, downloads, digital materials, educational materials, and other original works created, published, offered, or made available by Infused Transitions are owned by Infused Transitions and/or their respective creator and are protected to the fullest extent available under applicable intellectual-property law.
This protection also extends to any other content, materials, products, services, offerings, works, or intellectual property created, published, licensed, distributed, sold, or otherwise made available by Infused Transitions, whether now existing or developed in the future.
These protections apply whether Infused Transitions intellectual property is used, displayed, taught, distributed, performed, licensed, or otherwise made available online, in person, at a physical location, through an event, property, facility, future business or affiliated venture, or through any other method of delivery now existing or developed in the future.
Except where Infused Transitions expressly grants different written permission or licensing terms, materials made available through Infused Transitions are provided solely for the purchaser’s or authorized user’s personal, noncommercial use.
You may not, without prior written permission from Infused Transitions or its lawful successor, assignee, authorized representative, trustee, personal representative, or other lawful rights holder:
- reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, distribute, transmit, sell, resell, sublicense, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise make Infused Transitions materials available to others;

- remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent any copyright, attribution, ownership, trademark, or proprietary notice;
- share purchased or licensed digital materials, courses, downloads, recordings, worksheets, workbooks, meditations, or other restricted materials with individuals who have not separately purchased or been authorized to access them;
- reproduce or distribute substantial portions of Infused Transitions writings, card content, publications, programs, teachings, frameworks, or other protected materials through websites, social media, artificial-intelligence systems, databases, publications, presentations, courses, or other platforms without written authorization.
Nothing on this website or in any Infused Transitions product, service, course, program, publication, or other offering transfers ownership of Infused Transitions intellectual property to the purchaser, participant, reader, client, subscriber, or user.
Purchase or access grants only the limited right to use the applicable material in the manner expressly permitted by Infused Transitions.
Any separate written license, publishing agreement, collaboration agreement, facilitator agreement, wholesale agreement, or other authorization issued by Infused Transitions will control to the extent that it expressly grants rights beyond ordinary personal use.
Any license granted by Infused Transitions is limited solely to the rights expressly stated in the applicable written license agreement and does not transfer ownership, succession rights, control of Infused Transitions, or any interest in underlying intellectual property beyond those specifically granted.
Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict the lawful transfer, inheritance, administration, licensing, stewardship, or continued use of Infused Transitions intellectual property by a lawful successor or rights holder pursuant to estate-planning documents, inheritance, assignment, trust, licensing agreement, or other valid transfer of rights.
IV. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infused Transitions, its owner, lawful successors, representatives, contractors, collaborators, employees, agents, and other authorized parties will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
- access to or use of the Infused Transitions website, content, materials, products, services, programs, courses, sessions, writings, publications, digital content, or other offerings;
- participation in any meditation, workshop, speaking engagement, spiritual or energetic offering, event, class, gathering, retreat, program, or other experience;

- use, purchase, possession, interpretation, application, or reliance upon any physical or digital product, publication, writing, card deck, journal, workbook, recording, download, educational material, or other offering;
- decisions, actions, omissions, interpretations, expectations, or outcomes arising from information, guidance, suggestions, teachings, intuitive material, spiritual content, energetic work, exercises, practices, or other materials provided by Infused Transitions;
- interruption, delay, technological failure, loss of access, corruption of data, website malfunction, digital-delivery issue, or similar technical problem;
- acts, omissions, products, services, platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, fulfillment providers, venues, property owners, contractors, vendors, or other third parties.
You acknowledge that individual experiences and results vary. You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, interpretations, participation, use of information, and use of any Infused Transitions product, service, content, property, facility, event, or offering.
Infused Transitions does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, energetic, relational, financial, professional, physical, creative, business, or other outcome.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, any liability of Infused Transitions will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
V. Third-Party Websites, Services, Platforms, and Providers
Infused Transitions may provide links to, integrate with, refer to, recommend, or otherwise make use of third-party websites, platforms, service providers, payment processors, email providers, booking systems, shipping or fulfillment providers, manufacturers, printers, venues, event organizers, contractors, vendors, social-media platforms, technology providers, or other outside parties.
Infused Transitions does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, products, services, representations, actions, omissions, performance, or business practices of third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
A link, reference, recommendation, collaboration, appearance, participation, or use of a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, or guarantee by Infused Transitions.
When you access, purchase from, communicate with, or otherwise interact with a third party, your interaction may be governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, procedures, privacy practices, refund rules, warranties, shipping practices, or other conditions.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for losses, delays, damages, errors, interruptions, security issues, service failures, delivery problems, payment-processing issues, or other matters caused by or arising from third-party products, services, platforms, providers, venues, contractors, vendors, or systems.
Where Infused Transitions uses a third party to assist in providing, manufacturing, processing, including payment processing, hosting, delivering, shipping, fulfilling, or supporting an Infused Transitions offering, Infused Transitions remains responsible only to the extent required by applicable law and by any express obligation Infused Transitions has undertaken.
VI. Changes to This Disclaimer
Infused Transitions may revise, update, amend, replace, or otherwise modify this Website Disclaimer from time to time as the business, website, products, services, offerings, operations, technologies, legal requirements, or other circumstances change.
Any revised version will become effective when it is posted on the Infused Transitions website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
Your continued use of the website or continued access to Infused Transitions content, materials, products, services, offerings, online or physical operations, locations, properties, events, facilities, or future ventures after an updated version is posted constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Disclaimer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The most current version of this Disclaimer will be identified by its ‘Last Updated’ or similar effective-date notation.
VII. Severability
If any provision, clause, sentence, or portion of this Website Disclaimer is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, modified, or severed only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or to remove the unenforceable portion.
The remaining provisions of this Website Disclaimer will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision.
If an unenforceable provision can reasonably be interpreted in a manner that preserves its intended purpose while complying with applicable law, that interpretation should be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
VIII. Payment
All prices are stated in the currency identified at the time of purchase. The price applicable to a product, service, session, program, course, event, booking, physical item, digital item, or other Infused Transitions offering is the price shown or otherwise communicated at the time the order, registration, reservation, or purchase is made.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors or financial-service providers. Infused Transitions does not control those providers and is not responsible for their independent terms, policies, fees, security practices, service interruptions, or processing decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider you choose or are directed to use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to, delivery of, participation in, or ownership of an Infused Transitions offering may be withheld until required payment has been received.
Where a payment plan is offered and accepted, you agree to make all scheduled payments required under that arrangement unless Infused Transitions expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
If a scheduled payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, Infused Transitions may suspend access to the applicable product, service, program, course, session, event, booking, digital content, physical offering, or other benefit until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Resolution of a failed, reversed, disputed, or otherwise incomplete payment does not create any obligation for Infused Transitions to accept future purchases, bookings, registrations, service requests, or other transactions from that individual or entity. Infused Transitions reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to decline future business, participation, access, purchases, bookings, services, or transactions when Infused Transitions determines that doing so is appropriate for the protection, operation, integrity, or interests of the business, its offerings, its representatives, or its lawful successors.
If a payment for an existing valid transaction is successfully resolved and Infused Transitions has accepted and received the payment, the rights and obligations associated with that transaction remain subject to the applicable offering terms, policies, availability, and applicable law.
Infused Transitions may also cancel future access or participation when payment obligations remain unresolved, subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law and any specific written terms that apply to the offering.
Any taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, customs duties, import charges, or other transaction-related costs will be disclosed or applied as required by the applicable transaction, jurisdiction, provider, or method of delivery.
Payment does not transfer ownership of Infused Transitions intellectual property. Any rights granted to a purchaser, participant, client, subscriber, or user remain subject to the intellectual-property and permitted-use provisions of this Disclaimer and any additional written terms applicable to the offering.
IX. Taxes, Duties, Fees, and Other Charges
Purchases from Infused Transitions may be subject to sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, customs duties, import charges, banking fees, currency-conversion fees, payment-processing charges, shipping-related charges, or other governmental, financial, or transaction-related fees depending on the purchaser’s location, the nature of the offering, the method of payment, the method of delivery, and any other applicable circumstance, requirement, system, or condition now existing or developed in the future.
Where Infused Transitions is legally required to collect and remit applicable taxes or charges, those amounts may be added to the purchase price or otherwise included in the transaction.
Where taxes, duties, import charges, banking fees, currency-conversion charges, or other costs are imposed directly on the purchaser and are not collected by Infused Transitions, those amounts remain the purchaser’s responsibility.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for delays, additional costs, holds, assessments, or other consequences resulting from customs authorities, financial institutions, payment providers, governmental agencies, or other third parties.
X. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, rescheduling, and shipping-related matters are governed by the current Infused Transitions Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, which serves as the default policy for Infused Transitions offerings.
That policy may establish standing rules for categories of offerings, including services and sessions, events and workshops, digital products and downloads, physical products, customized or personalized work, subscriptions or payment plans, physical-location or facility-based offerings, and any other applicable category now existing or developed in the future.
Unless different terms are expressly stated for a particular offering, the applicable provisions of the current Infused Transitions Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy will control.
Infused Transitions may establish different or additional terms for a specific product, service, session, program, course, event, booking, location-based offering, physical product, digital offering, or other transaction when the nature of that offering reasonably requires different treatment. Any such specific terms will be communicated in connection with that offering and will control only to the extent that they differ from the general policy.
Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, replacement, cancellation, exchange, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
XI. Additional Disclaimers and Business Policies
Infused Transitions may modify, discontinue, replace, expand, limit, or otherwise change its products, services, programs, courses, sessions, events, offerings, pricing, specifications, features, availability, methods of delivery, locations, facilities, operations, or future ventures at any time, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligation.
Availability of any product, service, program, course, session, event, physical item, digital item, location-based offering, or other Infused Transitions offering is not guaranteed. If an offering becomes unavailable after a purchase has been accepted and Infused Transitions is unable to provide the purchased offering or a mutually acceptable alternative, any payment received for the unavailable portion will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Infused Transitions offerings may involve spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, reflective, educational, creative, coaching, or personal-development practices and perspectives. Individual experiences, interpretations, responses, insights, and outcomes vary, and no particular result, shift, manifestation, realization, experience, or outcome is guaranteed.
Participation in or use of an Infused Transitions offering does not remove or reduce your responsibility for your own choices, decisions, actions, boundaries, interpretations, and use of the information or experience provided.
Nothing in this section limits any other disclaimer, limitation, responsibility, intellectual-property provision, payment term, refund provision, or other policy contained in this Disclaimer or elsewhere in the applicable Infused Transitions legal policies.

INFUSED TRANSITIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS / TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
I. Acceptance of Terms and Scope
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.infusedtransitions.com and your interactions with Infused Transitions, including the purchase, access, use, participation in, or receipt of any Infused Transitions product, service, session, program, course, workshop, meditation, speaking engagement, event, physical or digital offering, publication, writing, card deck, journal, workbook, recording, downloadable material, educational material, spiritual or energetic offering, or other offering.
These Terms also apply to any other content, materials, products, services, offerings, works, operations, locations, properties, events, facilities, future businesses, affiliated ventures, or intellectual property created, published, offered, licensed, distributed, sold, hosted, operated, or otherwise made available by Infused Transitions, whether now existing or developed in the future.
By accessing or using the Infused Transitions website, purchasing or accessing an offering, booking or participating in a service or event, entering into a transaction with Infused Transitions, or otherwise using or engaging with Infused Transitions offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies or terms expressly applicable to the particular offering or transaction.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Infused Transitions website or purchase, access, book, participate in, or otherwise use the applicable Infused Transitions offering.
Where a particular product, service, program, course, event, booking, location-based offering, license, or other transaction has additional written terms, those additional terms will apply together with these Terms. If a specific written term directly conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the specific term will control only for that particular offering or transaction.
II. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and of making the purchase, booking, registration, or other transaction you are attempting to complete.
Unless a particular Infused Transitions offering expressly states otherwise, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase, book, access, or participate in services, sessions, intuitive or spiritual work, energetic work, programs, courses, events, or other offerings that involve direct participation with Infused Transitions.
For physical products, publications, card decks, journals, books, or other general merchandise that may lawfully be purchased by a minor, Infused Transitions may permit purchase with the authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, subject to the nature of the product, applicable law, and any additional terms stated for that offering.
Infused Transitions reserves the right to establish a higher minimum age, require parental or legal-guardian consent, or decline access to a particular offering when the nature of that offering reasonably requires additional age restrictions or protections.
By purchasing, booking, registering for, accessing, or participating in an Infused Transitions offering, you represent that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements for that offering.
III. Use of the Website and Infused Transitions Offerings
You may use the Infused Transitions website and its content, products, services, programs, courses, events, facilities, locations, digital materials, and other offerings only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any additional terms applicable to a particular offering.
You agree not to use Infused Transitions, its website, offerings, systems, content, or materials in any manner that:
- violates applicable law or the rights of another person or entity;
- interferes with, damages, disrupts, disables, overburdens, or compromises the website, its technology, security, or normal operation;
- attempts to gain unauthorized access to restricted content, accounts, systems, digital materials, programs, courses, or other areas not made available to you;
- misrepresents your identity, authority, affiliation, purchase rights, eligibility, or permission to access or use an Infused Transitions offering;
- copies, distributes, republishes, resells, commercially exploits, or otherwise uses Infused Transitions intellectual property beyond the rights expressly granted to you;
- uses Infused Transitions content, offerings, locations, events, facilities, systems, or other resources to engage in harassment, abuse, unlawful conduct, disruption, or conduct that materially interferes with the experience, safety, rights, property, or lawful activities of Infused Transitions or others.
Infused Transitions may restrict, suspend, terminate, or refuse access to the website, an offering, event, facility, location, program, course, service, or future transaction when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, operation, integrity, intellectual property, rights, or legitimate interests of Infused Transitions, its representatives, lawful successors, clients, customers, participants, visitors, or other persons.
Any such restriction or refusal remains subject to applicable law and to any existing obligations Infused Transitions has already accepted for a valid transaction.
IV. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All Infused Transitions content, materials, writings, publications, products, programs, courses, meditations, recordings, card decks and card content, journals, workbooks, exercises, prompts, frameworks, graphics, designs, downloads, digital materials, educational materials, and other original works are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless otherwise expressly stated.
Access to or purchase of an Infused Transitions offering does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless Infused Transitions expressly grants different written permission or licensing terms, you may use purchased or accessed materials only for your own personal, noncommercial use.
You may not, without prior written authorization from Infused Transitions or its lawful successor, assignee, authorized representative, trustee, personal representative, or other lawful rights holder:
- reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, transmit, upload, post, sell, resell, sublicense, license, or commercially exploit Infused Transitions materials;
- share restricted digital materials, courses, recordings, workbooks, meditations, downloads, or other purchased content with individuals who have not separately purchased or been authorized to access them;
- incorporate Infused Transitions materials into another product, service, business offering, course, publication, training, teaching, or commercial work beyond any rights expressly granted;
- remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent copyright, attribution, trademark, ownership, or other proprietary notices;
- use Infused Transitions materials in a manner that suggests ownership, authorship, endorsement, partnership, or authorization that has not actually been granted.
Any license granted by Infused Transitions is limited solely to the rights expressly stated in the applicable written license agreement and does not transfer ownership, succession rights, control of Infused Transitions, or any broader interest in the underlying intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms restricts the lawful transfer, inheritance, administration, licensing, stewardship, or continued use of Infused Transitions intellectual property by a lawful successor or rights holder pursuant to estate-planning documents, inheritance, assignment, trust, licensing agreement, or other valid transfer of rights.
These protections apply whether the intellectual property is used or made available online, in person, at a physical location, through an event, property, facility, future business or affiliated venture, or through any other method of delivery now existing or developed in the future.
V. Purchases, Payments, and Payment Plans
All prices are stated in the currency identified at the time of purchase. The price applicable to a product, service, session, program, course, event, booking, physical item, digital item, or other Infused Transitions offering is the price shown or otherwise communicated at the time the purchase, order, registration, or reservation is made.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors or financial-service providers. Infused Transitions does not control those providers and is not responsible for their independent terms, fees, security practices, processing decisions, service interruptions, or other policies.
Where a payment plan is offered and accepted, you agree to make all scheduled payments required under that arrangement unless Infused Transitions expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not successfully completed, Infused Transitions may suspend or withhold access to the applicable product, service, program, course, session, event, booking, digital content, physical offering, or other benefit until the outstanding amount is resolved.
Resolution of a failed or disputed payment does not require Infused Transitions to accept future purchases, bookings, registrations, service requests, or other transactions from that individual or entity. Infused Transitions reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to decline future business or participation when reasonably necessary to protect the operation, integrity, interests, rights, or lawful successors of the business.
Where payment for an already accepted transaction is successfully resolved and Infused Transitions has received the required amount, the rights and obligations associated with that transaction remain subject to the applicable offering terms, availability, policies, and law.
Payment does not transfer ownership of Infused Transitions intellectual property and does not grant any right beyond the access, participation, ownership of a physical item, or limited-use rights expressly associated with the particular transaction.
VI. Taxes, Duties, Fees, and Transaction Charges
Purchases from Infused Transitions may be subject to sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, customs duties, import charges, banking fees, currency-conversion fees, payment-processing charges, shipping-related charges, or other governmental, financial, or transaction-related fees.
The amounts that may apply can depend on the purchaser’s location, the nature of the offering, the method of payment, the method of delivery, and any other applicable circumstance, requirement, system, or condition now existing or developed in the future.
VII. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Shipping
Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, rescheduling, credits, replacements, and shipping-related matters are governed by the current Infused Transitions Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy.
That policy serves as the default policy for Infused Transitions offerings and may establish different standing rules for categories including services and sessions, events and workshops, digital products and downloads, physical products, customized or personalized work, subscriptions or payment plans, physical-location or facility-based offerings, and other categories now existing or developed in the future.
Unless different terms are expressly stated for a particular offering, the applicable provisions of the current Infused Transitions Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy will control.
Infused Transitions may establish different or additional terms for a specific product, service, session, program, course, event, booking, physical product, digital offering, location-based offering, or other transaction when the nature of that offering reasonably requires different treatment.
Any specific terms communicated for a particular offering will control only to the extent that they differ from the general policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict any refund, replacement, cancellation, exchange, rescheduling, shipping, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
VIII. Third-Party Services, Platforms, Providers, and Links
Infused Transitions may use, integrate with, link to, refer to, recommend, or otherwise interact with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, financial-service providers, email providers, booking systems, manufacturers, printers, shipping or fulfillment providers, venues, event organizers, contractors, vendors, social-media platforms, technology providers, or other outside parties.
Infused Transitions does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, products, services, representations, actions, omissions, performance, or business practices of third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
A link, reference, recommendation, collaboration, appearance, participation, or use of a third-party service does not necessarily create or imply an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, ownership interest, or guarantee by Infused Transitions.
When you access, purchase from, communicate with, or otherwise interact with a third party, your interaction may be governed by that third party’s own terms, privacy practices, refund rules, warranties, shipping practices, security procedures, and other conditions.
Where Infused Transitions uses a third party to assist in providing, manufacturing, processing, including payment processing, hosting, delivering, shipping, fulfilling, booking, communicating, or supporting an Infused Transitions offering, Infused Transitions remains responsible only to the extent required by applicable law and by any express obligation Infused Transitions has undertaken.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for losses, delays, errors, interruptions, security issues, delivery problems, payment-processing issues, service failures, or other matters caused by or arising from third-party products, services, platforms, providers, venues, contractors, vendors, systems, or other outside parties.
IX. Personal Responsibility, Professional Boundaries, and No Guaranteed Results
Infused Transitions offerings may include spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, reflective, educational, creative, coaching, personal-development, or related practices, perspectives, experiences, and materials.
Nothing provided by Infused Transitions is intended to constitute or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, financial, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, care, or services.
You remain responsible for determining whether any information, product, service, practice, suggestion, exercise, spiritual teaching, intuitive guidance, meditation, energetic practice, or other offering is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when needed.
Your participation in or use of an Infused Transitions offering does not transfer responsibility for your choices, decisions, actions, boundaries, interpretations, expectations, or outcomes to Infused Transitions.
Individual experiences and results vary. Infused Transitions does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, energetic, relational, financial, professional, physical, creative, business, manifestation, or other outcome.
Any information, insight, guidance, teaching, suggestion, exercise, or other material you receive may be accepted, rejected, adapted, or considered according to your own judgment, discernment, circumstances, and applicable professional guidance.
X. Changes to Offerings, Availability, and Business Operations
Infused Transitions may modify, discontinue, replace, expand, limit, postpone, relocate, reformat, or otherwise change its products, services, programs, courses, sessions, events, offerings, pricing, specifications, features, availability, methods of delivery, locations, facilities, operations, or future ventures at any time, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligation.
Availability of any product, service, program, course, session, event, physical item, digital item, location-based offering, facility-based offering, or other Infused Transitions offering is not guaranteed.
If an offering becomes unavailable after a purchase or booking has been accepted and Infused Transitions is unable to provide the purchased offering or a mutually acceptable alternative, any payment received for the unavailable portion will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Infused Transitions may also change the manner in which an offering is delivered, including whether it is provided online, in person, through a physical location, at an event, through a third-party platform, or by another method now existing or developed in the future, provided that any change remains subject to applicable law and any specific terms already accepted for that transaction.
XI. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Future Business
Infused Transitions reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to decline, refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue future purchases, bookings, registrations, services, participation, access, or other business dealings with an individual or entity when Infused Transitions determines that doing so is appropriate for the protection, operation, integrity, safety, rights, or legitimate interests of the business, its offerings, its representatives, its clients, its participants, or its lawful successors.
This right may apply whether or not a prior transaction was completed successfully and may include circumstances involving unresolved payment issues, repeated disputes or chargebacks, misuse of Infused Transitions materials or intellectual property, disruptive conduct, safety concerns, inappropriate use of services or facilities, violations of these Terms, or other circumstances that reasonably support discontinuing future business.
Nothing in this section permits Infused Transitions to avoid obligations already accepted for a valid transaction when payment has been received and the offering remains capable of being fulfilled, except where cancellation, refusal, or termination is otherwise permitted by the applicable terms, policies, agreement, or law.
This provision applies to Infused Transitions as well as its lawful successors, authorized representatives, trustees, personal representatives, or other lawful rights holders.
XII. Changes to These Terms
Infused Transitions may revise, update, amend, replace, or otherwise modify these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use from time to time as the website, business, products, services, offerings, operations, technologies, legal requirements, or other circumstances change.
Any revised version will become effective when it is posted on the Infused Transitions website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
The most current version of these Terms will be identified by its “Last Updated” or similar effective-date notation.
Your continued use of the website or continued purchase, access, booking, participation in, or use of Infused Transitions offerings after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid transaction, booking, program, course, service, license, or other agreement already accepted by Infused Transitions, the change will not retroactively alter that existing transaction except where permitted by the applicable agreement or required by law.
XIII. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
If the provision cannot reasonably be modified or enforced, it will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The failure of Infused Transitions to enforce any provision of these Terms, exercise any right, or respond to a particular violation does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right and does not prevent Infused Transitions from enforcing it in the future.
Any waiver by Infused Transitions must be expressly made and will apply only to the particular circumstance for which it was given unless otherwise stated in writing.
XIV. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use and any dispute arising from or relating to the Infused Transitions website, offerings, transactions, services, products, programs, courses, events, intellectual property, or business operations will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with any applicable federal laws, regulations, and other legal requirements, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, override, or limit the application of any federal, state, local, or other law, regulation, consumer protection, jurisdictional requirement, or legal right that applies and cannot lawfully be waived or altered by agreement.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly through written communication when circumstances permit.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally and legal proceedings become necessary, proceedings may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wisconsin, including an applicable state or federal court where jurisdiction exists, subject to any jurisdiction, venue, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency, temporary, injunctive, or other appropriate legal relief when necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, property, safety, legal rights, or other interests for which waiting for an informal resolution would be impractical or inadequate.
Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate or restrict any legal right, remedy, jurisdiction, venue protection, or other protection that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Relocation or Change of Business Location. A temporary or permanent change in the residence, business address, principal place of business, or operating location of Infused Transitions does not automatically amend these Terms or change the governing-law or venue provisions stated herein. If Infused Transitions establishes its principal place of business in another jurisdiction, these Terms may be updated to reflect that jurisdiction. Any such change will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms and will not, solely by reason of the relocation, retroactively alter the governing law or contractual rights applicable to transactions, agreements, or obligations entered into under an earlier version of these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
XV. Relationship to Other Infused Transitions Policies and Agreements
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use are intended to operate together with the other legal policies, agreements, disclosures, and terms published or provided by Infused Transitions.
Those materials may include, as applicable, the Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, Client Agreement or Informed Consent, licensing agreements, event or facility terms, program-specific terms, purchase terms, and any other written agreement or policy applicable to a particular product, service, offering, transaction, or relationship.
Each document addresses different aspects of the relationship with Infused Transitions and should be read together where applicable.
If a specific written agreement or offering-specific term directly conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific written provision will control for that particular product, service, transaction, program, event, license, booking, or relationship, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to cancel, replace, or limit rights or obligations contained in a separate valid written agreement unless that document expressly states that it supersedes or replaces the earlier provision.
XVI. Entire Agreement and Interpretation
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, together with any other Infused Transitions policy, agreement, disclosure, license, consent, purchase term, booking term, or offering-specific provision that expressly applies to a particular transaction or relationship, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Infused Transitions regarding that subject matter.
No prior or contemporaneous oral statement, informal discussion, promotional description, social-media post, email exchange, marketing material, or other communication will modify these Terms unless the modification is expressly incorporated into a written agreement or other written term authorized by Infused Transitions.
Headings are included for organization and convenience and do not limit or alter the meaning of any provision.
Words used in the singular may include the plural where appropriate, and words used in the plural may include the singular. References to “including” or similar terms are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
These Terms should be interpreted as a whole and in a manner that gives reasonable effect to all provisions rather than treating any individual sentence or clause in isolation.
XVII. Contact Information and Legal Notices
Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Infused Transitions policies, purchases, services, intellectual property, permissions, licensing, or other legal or administrative matters may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website.
Where these Terms or another Infused Transitions policy require notice, consent, authorization, permission, or other communication to be provided in writing, electronic communication may satisfy that requirement when permitted by applicable law and when the communication can reasonably be retained as a record.
Infused Transitions may update its mailing address, email address, telephone number, business location, or other contact information from time to time without requiring a separate amendment to these Terms.
The use of updated contact information does not, by itself, change the governing law, ownership, intellectual-property rights, succession provisions, or other substantive terms contained in these Terms.
XVIII. Electronic Acceptance and Acknowledgment
Where Infused Transitions presents a checkbox, acknowledgment statement, electronic signature, acceptance button, booking confirmation, checkout confirmation, or other electronic method of indicating agreement, your use of that method constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the applicable Terms, policies, agreements, disclosures, or other conditions presented with the transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing the legal terms and policies made available to you before completing a purchase, booking, registration, enrollment, participation request, or other transaction.
Where Infused Transitions requires affirmative acknowledgment before access to a particular product, service, program, course, event, booking, or other offering is granted, access may be withheld until that acknowledgment is completed.
Electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as acceptance provided in another legally recognized written form, except where applicable law requires a different method of consent, signature, or acknowledgment.
A record of electronic acceptance, including the date, time, account information, transaction information, or other available confirmation data, may be retained by Infused Transitions as evidence of the acknowledgment or agreement, subject to the Infused Transitions Privacy Policy and applicable law.
XIX. Testimonials, Reviews, Stories, and Client Feedback
Infused Transitions may invite clients, customers, participants, purchasers, or other individuals to provide testimonials, reviews, comments, stories, feedback, photographs, recordings, or other statements regarding their experiences.
Providing feedback or describing an experience to Infused Transitions does not, by itself, grant Infused Transitions permission to publicly identify you or to publish, reproduce, distribute, advertise, or otherwise use your testimonial, story, photograph, recording, or other personally attributable material for marketing or promotional purposes.
Where Infused Transitions wishes to use personally identifiable testimonial or client material publicly, appropriate permission or consent will be obtained unless the individual has already knowingly provided that material through a method that expressly authorizes such use.
Infused Transitions may edit an authorized testimonial or statement for reasonable purposes such as length, spelling, grammar, formatting, or clarity, provided that the edit does not materially misrepresent the substance or meaning of the person’s experience.
Testimonials, reviews, case examples, or descriptions of other individuals’ experiences represent those individuals’ experiences only. They do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or representation that another person will achieve the same or similar results.
Anonymous or de-identified feedback may be used only in a manner consistent with applicable privacy obligations and any agreement or understanding under which the information was provided.
XX. Events, Physical Locations, Facilities, and Participant Conduct
Infused Transitions may offer or participate in in-person services, workshops, classes, retreats, speaking engagements, conferences, expos, gatherings, temporary events, physical-location offerings, facility-based activities, or other in-person experiences now existing or developed in the future.
When attending or participating in an Infused Transitions event, service, location, facility, property, or other in-person offering, you agree to follow reasonable instructions, safety requirements, access rules, venue requirements, and conduct expectations communicated by Infused Transitions or by the applicable property owner, venue, host, organizer, or service provider.
Infused Transitions may refuse admission, require an individual to leave, restrict participation, or discontinue future access when reasonably necessary because of unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, destructive, or materially inappropriate conduct, or when necessary to protect participants, staff, representatives, property, operations, or the integrity of the offering.
Participation in an in-person offering may involve ordinary risks associated with travel, movement, use of a physical space, interaction with other participants, environmental conditions, or the particular nature of the activity. Participants remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding their own participation and for informing Infused Transitions of relevant accessibility or participation needs where appropriate.
Where an event or offering takes place at a third-party venue, property, facility, conference, expo, or other location not owned or controlled by Infused Transitions, additional rules, waivers, restrictions, accessibility provisions, or conditions imposed by that third party may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for conditions, actions, omissions, property damage, personal property loss, delays, closures, access restrictions, or other circumstances caused by a third-party venue, property owner, event organizer, transportation provider, vendor, or other outside party, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XXI. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Infused Transitions will not be considered in breach of these Terms or responsible for a delay, interruption, cancellation, inability to perform, or other failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, power or utility failures, internet or telecommunications outages, technology failures, cyber incidents, transportation disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, shipping or fulfillment delays, venue closures, governmental actions or restrictions, public-health emergencies, labor disruptions, acts of war or terrorism, civil disturbances, emergencies, illness, incapacity, death, bereavement, grief, mourning, or the need to attend to immediate family or personal loss, or other events or conditions that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
When such circumstances materially affect an Infused Transitions product, service, event, booking, program, course, shipment, facility, location, or other offering, Infused Transitions may reasonably postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, substitute, suspend, or cancel the affected offering.
Where payment has already been made for an affected offering, any refund, credit, rescheduling, replacement, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, any specific terms governing that offering, and applicable law.
Infused Transitions will make reasonable efforts, where practical, to communicate material changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
XXII. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your own unlawful conduct, misuse of Infused Transitions offerings, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, sale, licensing, disclosure, or exploitation of Infused Transitions intellectual property.
Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infused Transitions and its owners, representatives, agents, contractors, authorized successors, trustees, personal representatives, and other lawful rights holders from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from such conduct.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Infused Transitions for losses or liabilities caused solely by the negligence, unlawful conduct, or other responsibility of Infused Transitions where applicable law does not permit such responsibility to be transferred or waived.
Nothing in this section is intended to expand liability beyond what may lawfully be imposed or to eliminate any consumer or other legal protection that cannot validly be waived.
XXIII. Privacy and Personal Information
Infused Transitions respects the privacy of individuals who visit the website, subscribe to communications, make purchases, book services, participate in programs or events, submit forms, or otherwise provide personal information.
The collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by the current Infused Transitions Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal terms applicable to use of the website and applicable Infused Transitions offerings.
Personal information may be collected when reasonably necessary to process purchases or payments, provide products or services, manage bookings or registrations, communicate with clients or customers, maintain records, provide requested communications, administer programs or events, comply with legal obligations, protect rights or security, or otherwise operate Infused Transitions.
Infused Transitions may use third-party service providers to assist with functions such as website hosting, email communications, booking, payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, technology, data storage, or other business operations. The handling of personal information in connection with those services will be addressed more fully in the Infused Transitions Privacy Policy.
When personal information is provided to or processed by a third-party service provider, that provider’s own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures may also apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, or actions of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Infused Transitions does not obtain ownership of an individual’s personal information merely because that information is provided in connection with an inquiry, transaction, service, session, program, course, event, or other interaction.
Where an Infused Transitions offering involves information of a personal, reflective, spiritual, intuitive, or otherwise sensitive nature, the handling of that information may also be subject to additional confidentiality, informed-consent, or service-specific provisions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace the more detailed disclosures, rights, choices, and practices contained in the Infused Transitions Privacy Policy or any privacy protections required by applicable law.
XXIV. Assignment, Transfer, and Succession
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, sell, or otherwise convey your rights or obligations under these Terms, or under any Infused Transitions purchase, booking, license, program, course, service, or other agreement, to another person or entity without prior written authorization from Infused Transitions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Infused Transitions may assign or transfer its rights, obligations, contracts, intellectual property interests, business operations, or other interests to a lawful successor, assignee, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, purchaser of the business or applicable assets, or other lawful rights holder when permitted by law.
A transfer or assignment of Infused Transitions rights or operations does not, by itself, expand the rights of any customer, client, participant, licensee, or other third party beyond those originally granted.
Any license previously granted by Infused Transitions remains limited to the specific rights provided in that license and does not create ownership, inheritance, succession, management, or control rights merely because Infused Transitions later undergoes a transfer, succession, sale, restructuring, or change in ownership or administration.
These Terms are intended, where legally permissible, to remain binding upon and benefit the applicable parties and their lawful successors and permitted assigns.
XXV. No Agency, Partnership, Employment, or Fiduciary Relationship
Nothing in these Terms, and no purchase, booking, participation, communication, collaboration, referral, license, event appearance, or other interaction with Infused Transitions, creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or other similar legal relationship unless Infused Transitions expressly agrees to such a relationship in a separate written agreement.
Clients, customers, participants, purchasers, attendees, licensees, contractors, collaborators, vendors, referral sources, event organizers, and other third parties do not have authority to bind Infused Transitions, make commitments on its behalf, incur obligations in its name, represent themselves as owners or agents of Infused Transitions, or otherwise act for Infused Transitions unless expressly authorized in writing.
Likewise, Infused Transitions does not assume authority to act on behalf of another person or entity merely because that person or entity purchases an offering, participates in a service or event, enters into a limited license, collaborates on a project, or maintains another business relationship with Infused Transitions.
Any separate relationship involving employment, agency, partnership, joint ownership, representation, management authority, fiduciary duties, or similar responsibilities must be created expressly in writing and will be governed by the terms of that separate agreement.
XXVI. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Infused Transitions website, content, products, services, programs, courses, events, digital materials, physical offerings, and other offerings are provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties or guarantees beyond those expressly stated in writing.
Infused Transitions does not warrant that the website, technology, digital materials, third-party integrations, communications, or other systems will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available, compatible with every device or platform, or free from technical problems, delays, defects, harmful components, or other interruptions.
Infused Transitions does not guarantee that any product, service, session, program, course, meditation, event, teaching, spiritual or energetic offering, information, exercise, practice, or other offering will produce a particular result or meet every individual expectation, preference, circumstance, or purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infused Transitions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, participation in, reliance upon, or access to the website or an Infused Transitions offering, except where such liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Any limitation of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude or limit responsibility for conduct, obligations, warranties, consumer protections, or other liabilities that the law does not permit Infused Transitions to disclaim or restrict.
Nothing in this section limits any express obligation Infused Transitions has specifically accepted in writing for a particular transaction, service, product, license, booking, or other agreement.
XXVII. Survival of Certain Provisions
Any provision of these Terms that by its nature is intended to continue after the completion, cancellation, expiration, suspension, or termination of a purchase, booking, service, program, course, license, transaction, relationship, or other interaction with Infused Transitions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This includes, where applicable, provisions concerning intellectual property, licensing limitations, ownership, payment obligations, confidentiality or privacy obligations, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, succession, assignment, testimonial permissions, and any other rights or responsibilities that reasonably need to continue beyond the end of the immediate transaction or relationship.
The completion or termination of a particular transaction or relationship does not eliminate rights, restrictions, obligations, or protections that arose while that transaction or relationship was in effect.
XXVIII. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where these Terms expressly provide rights to a lawful successor, assignee, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, other lawful rights holder, or another specifically identified party, these Terms are intended solely to govern the relationship between Infused Transitions and the individual or entity subject to them.
No other person or entity acquires ownership, enforcement rights, management authority, succession rights, intellectual-property rights, licensing rights, or other legal rights under these Terms merely because that person or entity may benefit indirectly from an Infused Transitions offering, transaction, relationship, or business activity.
A customer, client, participant, purchaser, attendee, collaborator, contractor, vendor, referral source, licensee, family member, beneficiary, or other third party does not become a beneficiary of these Terms or acquire rights against Infused Transitions unless such rights are expressly granted by these Terms, a separate written agreement, valid estate-planning or succession documents, or applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to interfere with rights lawfully created through inheritance, trust, assignment, business succession, licensing, estate administration, or another valid written transfer or legal process.
XXIX. Headings, Examples, and Non-Exhaustive Language
Section titles, headings, examples, category descriptions, and lists used throughout these Terms are included for clarity and organization and are not intended to narrow the meaning or scope of the provisions in which they appear.
Where these Terms use words such as “including,” “includes,” “such as,” “for example,” or similar language, the examples that follow are illustrative and are not intended to create an exclusive or complete list.
References to particular products, services, offerings, technologies, methods of delivery, business operations, locations, facilities, events, platforms, intellectual property, or other categories are intended to include comparable, related, successor, replacement, expanded, or newly developed forms of those items where the context reasonably permits.
The fact that a particular current or future offering, business activity, technology, platform, delivery method, property, facility, service, product, or form of intellectual property is not specifically named in these Terms does not, by itself, exclude it from the scope of a provision that would otherwise reasonably apply.
XXX. Effective Date and Version Control
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use become effective on the date identified as the Effective Date or Last Updated date appearing with the published Terms.
Infused Transitions may maintain prior versions of these Terms for business, administrative, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. Where it is necessary to determine which version applied to a particular purchase, booking, registration, license, service, program, event, transaction, or other interaction, the version in effect at the relevant time will generally govern that interaction, subject to any later agreement between the parties and applicable law.
A later version of these Terms does not automatically replace or retroactively modify specific contractual rights or obligations arising under an earlier version unless the updated Terms expressly provide otherwise, the parties agree otherwise, or applicable law requires the change.
The current published version governs new use of the Infused Transitions website and new transactions or interactions occurring after its effective date.
XXXI. Reservation of Rights
Any right, protection, remedy, authority, ownership interest, intellectual-property interest, business right, or other legal interest belonging to Infused Transitions that is not expressly granted to another person or entity under these Terms remains reserved to Infused Transitions and its applicable lawful successors or rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as granting a customer, client, participant, purchaser, attendee, subscriber, collaborator, contractor, vendor, licensee, or other person any ownership, management, control, succession, intellectual-property, licensing, reproduction, distribution, commercial-use, or other right that has not been expressly granted in writing.
The granting of a limited right, permission, access privilege, license, accommodation, exception, or authorization in one circumstance does not create a broader continuing right or require Infused Transitions to grant the same or similar right in another circumstance.
Infused Transitions expressly retains all rights not specifically granted under these Terms, subject to applicable law and any valid written agreement providing otherwise.
XXXII. Errors, Omissions, and Corrections
Infused Transitions makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information regarding its website, products, services, programs, courses, events, pricing, availability, descriptions, schedules, policies, and other offerings.
From time to time, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, technical errors, incorrect pricing, availability errors, scheduling errors, or other unintended mistakes.
Infused Transitions reserves the right to correct, clarify, update, or remove inaccurate or incomplete information and to correct errors in descriptions, pricing, availability, scheduling, policies, or other published information when discovered.
If an error materially affects a purchase, booking, registration, or other transaction that has already been accepted, Infused Transitions will address the matter reasonably and in accordance with the applicable policy, agreement, and law rather than simply relying on the error to avoid an existing obligation.
Infused Transitions is not required to honor an obvious or material error in pricing, description, availability, or other information where doing so would be unreasonable or unlawful, provided that any payment already received for an affected transaction is handled appropriately under the applicable policy and law.
XXXIII. Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations
Infused Transitions seeks to make its website, communications, services, events, programs, materials, and other offerings reasonably accessible and usable by individuals with differing needs and abilities.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, Infused Transitions may provide or consider reasonable accommodations, alternative formats, access arrangements, communication adjustments, or other modifications intended to support participation or access.
Requests for accommodation should be made as early as reasonably possible when advance planning is needed. Infused Transitions cannot guarantee that every requested accommodation will be available, particularly where a request would fundamentally alter the nature of an offering, create an undue burden, conflict with safety requirements, or depend on a third-party venue, platform, provider, or facility outside Infused Transitions’ control.
Where an offering takes place through or at a third-party website, platform, venue, property, facility, conference, event, or service provider, that third party’s own accessibility features, limitations, policies, and legal obligations may also apply.
Nothing in this section is intended to reduce, waive, or replace any accessibility right or obligation imposed by applicable law.
Additional information regarding accessibility may be provided in the current Infused Transitions Accessibility Statement.
XXXIV. International Access and Local Legal Requirements
The Infused Transitions website and certain products, services, digital materials, programs, publications, or other offerings may be accessible to individuals located outside the United States.
Infused Transitions does not represent that every offering is appropriate, available, lawful, permitted, or capable of being delivered in every country, territory, province, state, or other jurisdiction.
Individuals who access the website or purchase, book, download, receive, or participate in Infused Transitions offerings from outside Wisconsin or outside the United States are responsible for complying with legal requirements that lawfully apply to them or to the particular transaction in their jurisdiction.
Infused Transitions may restrict or decline a purchase, shipment, booking, service, program, digital delivery, event participation, or other transaction when legal, regulatory, tax, shipping, payment-processing, technological, licensing, safety, or other legitimate considerations prevent or materially complicate providing the offering in a particular jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section overrides any consumer protection, privacy right, contractual right, or other legal protection that applies to an individual and cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
The availability of the Infused Transitions website in a particular location does not, by itself, mean that every Infused Transitions product, service, offering, or business activity is offered or legally available in that location.
XXXV. Communications and Electronic Correspondence
By providing an email address, telephone number, mailing address, contact form submission, booking information, account information, or other contact details to Infused Transitions, you authorize Infused Transitions to use those details for communications reasonably related to your inquiry, purchase, booking, service, program, event, transaction, account, or other relationship with Infused Transitions.
Transactional, administrative, service-related, legal, security, billing, scheduling, fulfillment, or other non-promotional communications may be sent when reasonably necessary to carry out or administer the applicable interaction or obligation.
Promotional, educational, newsletter, marketing, or similar communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any consent, subscription, or preference requirements that apply.
Where an unsubscribe or preference-management option is provided for promotional communications, you may use that option to discontinue those communications. Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not necessarily prevent Infused Transitions from sending non-promotional communications that are reasonably necessary for an existing transaction, booking, legal obligation, account matter, or service relationship.
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and current contact information and for notifying Infused Transitions when information needed to administer an existing transaction or relationship changes.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for communications that are delayed, blocked, filtered, redirected, undeliverable, or otherwise not received because of inaccurate contact information, spam or security filters, third-party communication systems, service-provider failures, device settings, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
XXXVI. Records, Receipts, and Transaction Documentation
Infused Transitions may maintain records reasonably related to purchases, payments, bookings, registrations, services, programs, licenses, communications, acknowledgments, consents, cancellations, refunds, shipping, fulfillment, participation, and other business transactions or relationships.
Such records may include invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, order information, booking details, electronic acceptance records, correspondence, agreements, consent forms, transaction histories, delivery or fulfillment information, and other documentation reasonably necessary for business administration, accounting, tax, legal, intellectual-property, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
Records may be maintained electronically, physically, or through third-party systems or service providers, subject to the Infused Transitions Privacy Policy, applicable confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
A customer, client, purchaser, participant, licensee, or other party is responsible for retaining copies of receipts, agreements, confirmations, policies, licenses, or other documentation that may be important to that individual or entity.
Infused Transitions may establish reasonable record-retention periods and may securely dispose of records when they are no longer reasonably required for business, legal, tax, contractual, privacy, or other legitimate purposes, except where applicable law requires longer retention.
XXXVII. Notices and Delivery of Legal Communications
Where these Terms, another Infused Transitions policy, or applicable law requires a formal notice, that notice may be delivered by a method reasonably calculated to reach the intended recipient, including email, postal mail, recognized delivery service, electronic platform, or another legally permitted method.
A notice sent by Infused Transitions to the most recent contact information provided by the recipient will generally be considered properly addressed, subject to any different requirement imposed by applicable law.
Where a notice concerns a significant legal, contractual, payment, intellectual-property, privacy, safety, or account matter, Infused Transitions may use more than one method of communication when reasonably appropriate.
A recipient is responsible for maintaining reasonably current contact information where ongoing communication is necessary for an existing transaction, agreement, service, booking, program, license, or other relationship.
Nothing in this section changes any stricter notice requirement contained in a separate written agreement or imposed by applicable law.
XXXVIII. Acknowledgment of Terms
By accessing or using the Infused Transitions website, purchasing or accessing an offering, booking or participating in a service, registering for an event or program, entering into a transaction, or otherwise engaging with Infused Transitions in a manner to which these Terms apply, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use and any other policies or terms expressly applicable to that interaction.
Where affirmative acceptance is required through a checkbox, electronic acknowledgment, signature, booking process, checkout process, registration process, or other method, you agree that completing that acceptance signifies your agreement to the applicable Terms and policies to the extent permitted by law.
Your acceptance of these Terms does not waive any right or protection that applicable law does not permit you to waive, nor does it create any right, ownership interest, authority, license, or relationship beyond those expressly provided in these Terms or another applicable written agreement.
These Terms are intended to provide a clear framework for the relationship between Infused Transitions and the individuals and entities who access, purchase, participate in, or otherwise interact with its website, offerings, services, products, programs, events, intellectual property, and business operations.
XXXIX. Contact and Questions About These Terms
Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, their interpretation, their application to a particular Infused Transitions offering, or related legal or administrative matters may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website.
Infused Transitions may update its contact information from time to time without requiring a separate amendment to these Terms.
The use of a current email address, mailing address, telephone number, contact form, or other published contact method does not alter the substance of these Terms or create any additional right, obligation, representation, or legal relationship beyond those otherwise stated.
XL. Effective Date and Last Updated
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use are effective as of the date stated above and remain in effect until replaced, amended, or withdrawn by Infused Transitions.
The most current version published by Infused Transitions supersedes prior published versions for new website use, purchases, bookings, registrations, and other interactions occurring after the effective date of the updated version, subject to the protections for existing transactions and agreements described elsewhere in these Terms.
INFUSED TRANSITIONS
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
I. Privacy Policy Scope and Commitment
This Privacy Policy describes how Infused Transitions collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and otherwise handles personal information in connection with www.infusedtransitions.com and with Infused Transitions products, services, sessions, programs, courses, events, locations, communications, purchases, bookings, forms, subscriptions, and other interactions.
This Policy applies to information provided through the Infused Transitions website, contact forms, email communications, newsletter or mailing-list subscriptions, purchases, bookings, service relationships, event participation, programs, courses, physical or digital offerings, and other current or future methods of interacting with Infused Transitions.
Infused Transitions does not sell its mailing list or personal information provided by clients, customers, subscribers, or participants. Personal information provided in connection with Akashic Records work or other private spiritual, intuitive, or session-related offerings will be handled in accordance with this Policy and any applicable service-specific terms.
Infused Transitions is committed to handling personal information with care and only for legitimate business, administrative, service, communication, legal, security, or other appropriate purposes described in this Policy or otherwise disclosed at the time information is collected.
Because Infused Transitions may expand its website, offerings, technology, physical operations, events, locations, facilities, affiliated ventures, and methods of delivery over time, this Privacy Policy is intended to apply to current and future Infused Transitions operations unless a particular activity is governed by a separate or more specific privacy notice.
Where a third-party service, platform, payment processor, email provider, booking system, hosting provider, fulfillment provider, or other outside service is involved, that third party’s own privacy practices and policies may also apply.
II. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with Infused Transitions, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide or that is reasonably necessary to carry out the interaction, transaction, service, or relationship.
- your name and contact information, such as email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other contact details;
- information you provide through contact forms, inquiries, newsletter or mailing-list subscriptions, registrations, bookings, applications, or other communications;
- purchase, order, billing, transaction, shipping, fulfillment, or booking information, excluding full payment-card details where those details are handled directly by a third-party payment processor;
- information reasonably necessary to provide a service, session, program, course, event, location-based offering, physical or digital product, or other Infused Transitions offering;
- information you voluntarily provide in connection with spiritual, intuitive, reflective, energetic, coaching, meditation, Akashic Records, or other personal-development work;
- preferences, requests, participation details, consent information, acknowledgments, correspondence, or other records associated with your interaction with Infused Transitions;
- information you provide when attending or participating in an Infused Transitions event, facility, property, location, or other in-person offering;
- audio, video, screen, chat, participation, or other information captured when an Infused Transitions session, reading, workshop, event, program, presentation, class, training, speaking engagement, group offering, or other offering is recorded or digitally delivered with appropriate notice, consent, authorization, or other lawful basis;
- technical or usage information that may be collected automatically through the website or through third-party website, hosting, analytics, security, communications, or similar technologies, where applicable. Any third-party provider may have its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, or actions of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Infused Transitions will seek to collect only information reasonably related to the purpose for which it is provided or otherwise needed for legitimate business, service, administrative, legal, security, operational, or communication purposes.
III. How We May Use Personal Information
Infused Transitions may use personal information only for purposes reasonably related to the interaction, transaction, service, offering, communication, or business relationship for which the information was provided or otherwise lawfully collected.
These purposes may include, but are not limited to:
- responding to questions, inquiries, requests, or communications;
- processing purchases, payments, orders, bookings, registrations, subscriptions, or other transactions;
- providing products, services, sessions, programs, courses, events, location-based offerings, physical or digital materials, or other Infused Transitions offerings;
- creating, processing, transmitting, hosting, or providing private access to authorized recordings, replays, private links, or other digitally delivered content where recording or private digital delivery has been appropriately authorized;
- communicating about appointments, purchases, bookings, schedules, events, programs, services, transactions, account matters, policy changes, or other relevant administrative information;
- providing newsletters, educational communications, announcements, updates, or promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with the individual’s subscription, consent, or communication preferences;
- maintaining appropriate business, accounting, tax, transaction, consent, service, administrative, legal, or recordkeeping documentation;
- protecting the website, business, intellectual property, systems, locations, facilities, clients, customers, participants, representatives, or other persons from fraud, misuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or other harmful activity;
- complying with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, court, governmental, or other lawful requirements;
- administering or supporting spiritual, intuitive, reflective, energetic, meditation, coaching, Akashic Records, personal-development, or other Infused Transitions work when information has been provided for that purpose;
- improving, maintaining, evaluating, expanding, or operating Infused Transitions offerings, communications, systems, website functions, events, locations, facilities, or future business activities in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Infused Transitions will not use personal information for a materially unrelated purpose without an appropriate legal basis, consent where required, or another lawful reason for doing so.
Where personal information must be provided to a third-party service provider in order to carry out one of these purposes, that provider may process the information according to its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, or actions of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
IV. How Personal Information May Be Shared or Disclosed
Infused Transitions does not sell its mailing list or personal information provided by clients, customers, subscribers, participants, purchasers, or other individuals.
Personal information may be shared or disclosed only when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, administrative, service, operational, legal, security, or transaction-related purposes.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- providing information to third-party service providers that assist with payment processing, website hosting, email communications, booking, scheduling, shipping, fulfillment, technology, data storage, analytics, security, accounting, legal services, or other business functions;
- providing information, recordings, or related participation data to authorized third-party video-conferencing, streaming, media-hosting, private-link, cloud-storage, event, learning, or other digital-delivery platforms when reasonably necessary to create, host, transmit, store, or provide access to an authorized recording or replay;
- providing information necessary to complete a purchase, booking, registration, shipment, service, event, program, course, or other Infused Transitions offering;
- complying with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, governmental request, tax obligation, legal process, or other lawful requirement;
- protecting the rights, property, safety, security, intellectual property, business operations, clients, customers, participants, representatives, lawful successors, or other legitimate interests of Infused Transitions or others;
- investigating or responding to suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, disputes, chargebacks, threats, or violations of applicable terms or agreements;
- facilitating a lawful business transfer, succession, estate administration, assignment, restructuring, sale, transfer of assets, or other legitimate change in ownership or control, subject to applicable law and any continuing privacy obligations.
Where personal information is provided to a third party, that party may have its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Infused Transitions does not authorize a third-party service provider to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the service or function for which the information was provided, except where that third party has an independent lawful basis for doing so under its own relationship with the individual.
V. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Infused Transitions may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, security technologies, or similar technologies in connection with the website and related online services.
These technologies may be used for purposes that include, but are not limited to:
- supporting website functionality and navigation;
- remembering preferences or settings;
- helping maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse;
- understanding how visitors use the website;
- measuring website performance, traffic, engagement, or technical issues;
- supporting forms, subscriptions, bookings, payments, embedded content, or other website features;
- improving the website, services, communications, and user experience.
Some of these technologies may be provided or operated by third parties, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, email platforms, payment processors, embedded-content providers, security services, or other technology vendors.
Where third-party technologies are used, those third parties may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, cookie practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
The types of cookies or similar technologies used by Infused Transitions may change over time as the website, platforms, services, integrations, or technology providers change.
Where required by applicable law, Infused Transitions may provide notice, choice, consent, or preference controls regarding certain cookies or similar technologies.
A separate Cookie Policy or Cookie Notice may be provided if the website’s actual technology use makes one appropriate or legally necessary.
VI. Email, Newsletter, and Communication Information
Infused Transitions may collect and use contact information when an individual subscribes to a newsletter or mailing list, requests information, completes a form, makes a purchase, books a service, registers for an event or program, or otherwise communicates with Infused Transitions.
These communications may include, but are not limited to:
- newsletters, educational content, announcements, updates, and promotional communications;
- confirmations, receipts, booking details, scheduling information, service-related messages, and other transactional or administrative communications;
- responses to inquiries, requests, applications, forms, or other communications;
- legal, security, policy, billing, account, or other notices reasonably related to an existing interaction or obligation.
Infused Transitions does not sell its mailing list.
Individuals may unsubscribe from promotional or newsletter communications using any available unsubscribe or preference-management method provided with those communications.
Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not necessarily prevent Infused Transitions from sending non-promotional communications that are reasonably necessary for an existing purchase, booking, service, transaction, legal obligation, account matter, security issue, or other ongoing relationship.
Infused Transitions may use third-party email, newsletter, marketing, form, or communication providers to deliver or manage communications. Those providers may collect or process personal information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
VII. Sensitive, Spiritual, Intuitive, and Session-Related Information
Some Infused Transitions services or offerings may involve information that is personal, private, reflective, spiritual, intuitive, energetic, emotional, or otherwise sensitive in nature.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- information provided for Akashic Records work, intuitive sessions, spiritual guidance, energy work, meditation, coaching, personal-development work, or other similar offerings;
- personal history, life circumstances, goals, concerns, experiences, reflections, questions, preferences, or other information voluntarily shared in connection with a service or offering;
- intake information, consent information, session notes, correspondence, or other records reasonably related to the provision of a service;
- audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings, chat content, participant names, images, voices, comments, questions, or other identifying participation captured during an authorized recorded or digitally delivered offering;
- information concerning spiritual beliefs, practices, experiences, or personal-development processes that an individual voluntarily chooses to share.
Infused Transitions will use such information only for purposes reasonably related to providing, administering, documenting, or supporting the applicable service or offering, or for another lawful purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
Where an offering is recorded, recording and private digital delivery will be handled in accordance with any applicable Recording Consent & Private Digital Delivery Authorization, service-specific consent, or other appropriate notice or authorization. Consent to recording or private delivery does not, by itself, authorize testimonial, advertising, marketing, promotional, publication, social-media, website, publicity, or other public-facing use.
When a recording involves multiple participants, information concerning identifiable participants may be captured. Where applicable, separate consent or other lawful authorization may be required from individuals whose voice, image, name, comments, questions, chat participation, or other identifying participation is recorded.
Infused Transitions does not sell or disclose personally identifiable spiritual, intuitive, Akashic Records, session-related, or similarly sensitive information for unrelated marketing or commercial purposes.
Where information of this nature is no longer reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, Infused Transitions may delete, destroy, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law, legitimate recordkeeping needs, and any specific service agreement or policy that applies.
If a third-party platform, technology provider, communications service, booking system, storage provider, or other outside service is used in connection with a service or session, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
VIII. Payment and Financial Information
Infused Transitions may collect or receive information reasonably necessary to process or document purchases, payments, refunds, payment plans, invoices, shipping, fulfillment, bookings, registrations, or other transactions.
This information may include, but is not limited to:
- billing name and billing address;
- transaction amount, date, status, and payment history;
- order, booking, invoice, subscription, or payment-plan information;
- shipping or fulfillment information where applicable;
- limited payment-related information made available to Infused Transitions by a third-party payment processor.
Infused Transitions does not intend to store full payment-card numbers, security codes, or other complete card credentials when those details are entered directly into and processed by a third-party payment processor.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party financial-service or payment-processing providers. Those providers may collect, process, store, or otherwise handle financial information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, fraud-prevention procedures, and data-handling practices.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, processing decisions, or data-handling practices of third-party payment or financial-service providers that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Infused Transitions may retain transaction records, invoices, receipts, payment status information, refund records, or other financial documentation where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution, recordkeeping, or other legitimate business purposes.
IX. Data Retention and Recordkeeping
Infused Transitions may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide or administer an offering, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect rights, or satisfy other legitimate business or operational needs.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.
Infused Transitions may retain, among other things:
- purchase, payment, invoice, refund, and transaction records;
- booking, registration, attendance, participation, and service records;
- consent forms, acknowledgments, agreements, and related documentation;
- correspondence or communications reasonably connected to a business, service, or legal matter;
- records needed for accounting, tax, legal, insurance, intellectual-property, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, succession, or other legitimate purposes;
- de-identified or anonymized information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted, destroyed, de-identified, anonymized, archived, or otherwise disposed of in a manner appropriate to the type of information and the circumstances.
Where Infused Transitions creates or possesses a temporary local copy of an authorized recording solely for upload, transfer, or private delivery, Infused Transitions may delete that local copy after the recording has been successfully transferred or made available through the applicable delivery or hosting method and is no longer reasonably needed for that purpose.
Deletion of a recording from a device or storage location controlled by Infused Transitions does not constitute deletion from an independent third-party platform, its servers, backups, caches, archives, retention systems, or other technical environments. A third-party provider may retain or process the recording or related information according to its own terms, privacy policy, retention schedule, security practices, legal obligations, and technical systems.
Infused Transitions may use third-party systems, storage providers, email platforms, payment processors, booking systems, or other service providers to maintain certain records. Those providers may have their own retention schedules, privacy policies, security practices, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent retention practices, privacy policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a separate agreement, service-specific policy, legal requirement, or applicable law establishes a different retention obligation, that requirement will control to the extent applicable.
X. Data Security
Infused Transitions takes reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical measures intended to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Security measures may include, but are not limited to:
- using password-protected systems, accounts, devices, or platforms where appropriate;
- limiting access to personal information to individuals or service providers who reasonably need it for legitimate business, service, administrative, legal, or operational purposes;
- using reputable website, hosting, payment, email, booking, storage, security, or technology providers;
- maintaining reasonable practices for handling, storing, transmitting, disposing of, or restricting access to information;
- updating systems, passwords, permissions, or security practices when reasonably appropriate.
No method of electronic transmission, digital storage, online communication, website operation, physical recordkeeping, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Recordings, replays, private links, password-protected pages, restricted accounts, and other private digital-delivery methods may depend on third-party security and access-control features. Infused Transitions cannot guarantee that a private, unlisted, password-protected, account-restricted, or similar delivery method will be immune from unauthorized access, forwarding, copying, screen-capture, platform failure, or other misuse.
Individuals who receive a private link, password, access credential, recording, or replay are responsible for protecting that access information and for not intentionally sharing it with unauthorized persons.
Infused Transitions therefore does not guarantee absolute security of personal information and is not responsible for unauthorized access, interception, breach, loss, misuse, or other security incidents caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where personal information is processed, transmitted, stored, or otherwise handled by a third-party provider, that provider’s own security practices, privacy policies, terms, and data-handling procedures may apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent security practices, policies, actions, omissions, breaches, failures, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
If Infused Transitions becomes aware of a data-security incident for which notification is required by applicable law, Infused Transitions will take such steps as are reasonably required under the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
XI. Children’s Privacy
Infused Transitions does not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that is not appropriate for the nature of the offering or permitted by applicable law.
Unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise, Infused Transitions services, sessions, spiritual or intuitive work, energetic work, programs, courses, and other direct-participation offerings are intended for individuals who meet the applicable age requirements stated in the Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use.
Where a physical product, publication, card deck, journal, book, general merchandise item, event, or other offering may lawfully be purchased by or for a minor, Infused Transitions may require the involvement, authorization, or consent of a parent or legal guardian when appropriate.
Infused Transitions may collect limited information concerning a minor when reasonably necessary to provide an authorized product, service, registration, event, accommodation, or other lawful interaction involving a parent or legal guardian.
Infused Transitions does not knowingly sell personal information concerning children or use a child’s personal information for unrelated marketing purposes.
If Infused Transitions becomes aware that personal information concerning a child was provided or collected in a manner that should not have occurred, Infused Transitions may take reasonable steps to delete, restrict, correct, or otherwise appropriately address that information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Where a third-party platform, payment processor, event provider, technology provider, or other outside service is involved in an interaction concerning a minor, that provider may have its own age requirements, parental-consent rules, privacy policies, and data-handling practices. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, age-verification procedures, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XII. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have certain rights or choices regarding personal information that Infused Transitions maintains about you.
These rights may include, but are not limited to:
- requesting access to personal information Infused Transitions maintains about you;
- requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- requesting deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, contractual, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate retention requirements;
- requesting restriction or limitation of certain uses of personal information where applicable;
- withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent and withdrawal is legally permitted;
- unsubscribing from promotional or newsletter communications;
- requesting information about how personal information is used or disclosed;
- exercising any additional privacy right available under applicable federal, state, local, international, or other privacy law.
Infused Transitions may need to verify the identity or authority of a person making a privacy-related request before providing access, correction, deletion, or other action involving personal information.
Not every request can necessarily be granted. Infused Transitions may retain or continue using information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as completing a transaction, complying with law, maintaining tax or accounting records, protecting legal rights, preventing fraud, preserving security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining required records, or fulfilling another legitimate obligation.
If personal information is held or controlled independently by a third-party provider, Infused Transitions may not have the ability to access, correct, delete, restrict, or otherwise control that information. In such cases, the individual may need to contact the third party directly under that provider’s own privacy policy and procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or response procedures of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XIII. International Privacy and Cross-Border Data Handling
Infused Transitions may operate, communicate, provide services, or make offerings available to individuals located in different states, countries, territories, provinces, or other jurisdictions.
As a result, personal information may be collected, processed, stored, transmitted, or accessed in a jurisdiction different from the one in which the individual is located.
Where applicable, Infused Transitions will handle personal information in accordance with the privacy and data-protection laws that lawfully apply to the particular activity, individual, transaction, or jurisdiction.
International or cross-border handling of personal information may involve third-party providers such as website hosts, email platforms, payment processors, booking systems, storage providers, video-conferencing platforms, streaming or media-hosting platforms, private-link or replay services, event or learning platforms, technology vendors, analytics providers, or other service providers whose systems may operate in different locations.
Those third parties may process, store, or transfer information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, legal obligations, and data-handling procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, international transfer practices, or data-handling procedures of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where applicable law requires specific consent, notice, contractual safeguards, transfer mechanisms, or other protections for international handling of personal information, Infused Transitions may implement or rely upon those measures as appropriate.
Nothing in this section is intended to reduce or eliminate any privacy right or protection that applies to an individual and cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
XIV. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Infused Transitions may revise, update, amend, replace, or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy from time to time as the website, business, offerings, recording or digital-delivery practices, technologies, third-party services, legal requirements, locations, facilities, operations, or other circumstances change.
Any revised version will become effective when it is posted on the Infused Transitions website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
The most current version of this Privacy Policy will be identified by its Effective Date, Last Updated date, or similar version notation.
Changes to this Privacy Policy will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated version, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a material change affects how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, or otherwise handled, Infused Transitions may provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
A change in the residence, business address, principal place of business, operating location, physical location, or other location of Infused Transitions does not automatically invalidate or replace this Privacy Policy. Infused Transitions may update the Policy as reasonably necessary to reflect a new jurisdiction, business location, legal requirement, or operational circumstance.
XV. Contacting Infused Transitions About Privacy
Questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the handling of personal information may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website.
Privacy-related communications may include, but are not limited to, requests concerning access, correction, deletion, consent, communication preferences, data handling, or other rights described in this Privacy Policy.
Infused Transitions may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity or authority of the person making a privacy-related request before taking action involving personal information.
Infused Transitions may respond through the same communication method used by the individual or through another appropriate method when necessary for security, verification, legal, or administrative purposes.
Where a request concerns information controlled independently by a third-party provider, Infused Transitions may not have the ability to fulfill that request directly. In those circumstances, the individual may need to contact the third party under that provider’s own privacy policy and procedures. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, security measures, actions, omissions, or response procedures of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XVI. Effective Date and Last Updated
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated above and remains in effect until replaced, amended, or withdrawn by Infused Transitions.
The most current version published by Infused Transitions will govern personal information collected or handled after the effective date of that version, subject to any rights, obligations, or protections that continue to apply to information collected under an earlier version.
Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, or another action before a material privacy change may apply to previously collected information, Infused Transitions will comply with those requirements.
INFUSED TRANSITIONS
REFUND, CANCELLATION, RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
I. Scope of the Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy
This Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy applies to applicable purchases, bookings, registrations, orders, services, sessions, programs, courses, events, physical locations, facilities, physical products, digital products, downloadable materials, customized or personalized offerings, location-based offerings, facility-based offerings, subscriptions, payment plans, and other Infused Transitions offerings, whether now existing or developed in the future.
This Policy is intended to serve as the general default policy for Infused Transitions rather than requiring a completely separate refund or cancellation policy every time a new offering is created.
Different categories of offerings may have different rules because the nature of a service, digital product, physical product, event, customized offering, physical location, facility, or other transaction may require different treatment.
Where a particular product, service, program, course, event, booking, physical location, facility, or other offering has additional or different written refund, cancellation, return, rescheduling, exchange, replacement, or shipping terms, those specific terms will apply to that particular offering to the extent that they differ from this general Policy.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive any refund, cancellation, return, replacement, shipping, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
This Policy should be read together with the Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, and any other policy or written agreement applicable to the particular transaction.
II. Services, Sessions, and Appointment Cancellations
Because services, sessions, appointments, and other time-based offerings reserve time specifically for the purchaser or participant, cancellation and rescheduling terms may apply.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular offering, the following general rules apply:
- requests to cancel or reschedule should be made as early as reasonably possible;
- Infused Transitions may establish a minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling when appropriate for the nature of the service;
- late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in loss of the amount paid, a cancellation fee, or other consequences stated for that offering;
- where a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within the permitted timeframe, Infused Transitions may offer a rescheduled appointment, credit, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and the terms applicable to the service;
- where Infused Transitions must cancel or reschedule a service or appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative time, credit, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
If a purchaser or participant does not attend a scheduled service, session, appointment, or other time-based offering and does not provide the notice required under the applicable terms, the absence may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
Nothing in this section prevents Infused Transitions from making a reasonable exception in unusual circumstances, including emergencies, illness, incapacity, death, bereavement, grief, mourning, or other significant personal circumstances, where Infused Transitions determines that an exception is appropriate.
III. Digital Products, Downloads, and Immediately Accessible Materials
Because digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, workbooks, journals, card-related digital materials, courses, programs, meditations, templates, written materials, and other electronically delivered content may become accessible immediately after purchase, different refund rules may apply to these offerings.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular digital offering, the following general rules apply:
- digital purchases are generally nonreturnable once access has been provided, a download has been made available, or the purchaser has otherwise received the digital content;
- refunds may be denied where the purchaser has already accessed, downloaded, viewed, used, or received the digital material;
- technical difficulty on the purchaser’s device, software, browser, internet connection, email system, storage system, or other equipment does not automatically create a right to a refund;
- where Infused Transitions determines that a digital file, download, access link, recording, or other electronically delivered material is defective, corrupted, inaccessible due to an Infused Transitions-controlled issue, or materially different from what was purchased, Infused Transitions may provide replacement access, a corrected file, technical assistance, credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy;
- where a third-party platform, hosting provider, email provider, payment processor, course platform, download service, or other outside technology provider is involved, that provider’s own terms, availability, technical limitations, refund rules, and policies may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent refund policies, technical systems, privacy practices, security measures, outages, delivery failures, access restrictions, actions, omissions, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
IV. Physical Products, Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements
Because physical products may involve manufacturing, printing, packaging, shipping, handling, inventory, fulfillment, and other costs, return and exchange rules may vary depending on the nature of the product.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular physical product, the following general rules apply:
- requests concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented physical products should be made within a reasonable period after delivery;
- Infused Transitions may require photographs, order information, packaging information, or other reasonable documentation before approving a replacement, exchange, credit, refund, or other remedy;
- products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, opened where hygiene or product integrity is relevant, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return or exchange;
- customized, personalized, made-to-order, limited-production, specially printed, or otherwise uniquely prepared items may be nonreturnable unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a nonwaivable legal right;
- shipping charges, return-shipping charges, restocking costs, or other transaction-related costs may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated or required by law;
- where Infused Transitions approves a return, replacement, exchange, credit, or refund, the applicable remedy will depend on the circumstances, product condition, fulfillment status, and any specific terms stated for that product.
Where a third-party manufacturer, printer, fulfillment provider, shipping carrier, vendor, or other outside party is involved, that third party’s own return, replacement, shipping, fulfillment, or claims procedures may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent return policies, shipping practices, fulfillment procedures, actions, omissions, delays, losses, damage, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise legally nonconforming goods that cannot lawfully be waived.
V. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment
Shipping, delivery, and fulfillment terms may vary depending on the type of physical product, destination, carrier, manufacturer, printer, fulfillment provider, or other circumstances associated with the order.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular product or order, the following general rules apply:
- estimated shipping or delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise;
- delays may occur because of manufacturing, printing, inventory availability, carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, customs, governmental action, supply-chain issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Infused Transitions;
- purchasers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and delivery information;
- Infused Transitions is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information supplied by the purchaser;
- international orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, import restrictions, fees, or delays imposed by governmental authorities or other entities outside the control of Infused Transitions;
- where tracking information is available, it may be provided as a convenience, but tracking information is generated or maintained by third-party carriers or providers and may not always be complete or current.
Where shipping, manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, warehousing, delivery, customs processing, or related services are performed by a third-party provider, that provider’s own terms, procedures, limitations, schedules, and claims processes may apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent shipping practices, carrier delays, tracking systems, customs procedures, losses, theft, delivery failures, actions, omissions, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
If an order is confirmed lost, damaged, misdelivered, or otherwise affected during shipping or fulfillment, Infused Transitions may determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, available documentation, applicable provider procedures, this Policy, and applicable law.
VI. Events, Workshops, Classes, Retreats, and Other Scheduled Group Offerings
Because events, workshops, classes, retreats, speaking engagements, group programs, and other scheduled offerings may involve reserved space, planning, preparation, venue costs, travel, materials, staffing, third-party commitments, or limited participant capacity, cancellation and refund rules may differ from those that apply to individual services or products.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular event or group offering, the following general rules apply:
- cancellation requests should be made as early as reasonably possible;
- refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling options may depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made, whether costs have already been incurred, whether the space can reasonably be filled, and the specific terms of the offering;
- participant substitutions or transfers may be permitted where appropriate, but may require prior approval from Infused Transitions;
- failure to attend an event or group offering without timely cancellation may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund;
- if Infused Transitions cancels or materially reschedules an event or group offering, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a new date, transfer, credit, refund, or other reasonable option depending on the circumstances;
- where an event, workshop, class, retreat, speaking engagement, or other offering is hosted at or in cooperation with a third-party venue, organizer, conference, facility, or property, that third party’s own cancellation, refund, access, or venue policies may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent cancellation policies, venue rules, refund procedures, scheduling decisions, actions, omissions, closures, delays, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
VII. Physical Locations, Facilities, and Location-Based Offerings
Infused Transitions may operate, host, manage, lease, use, or otherwise provide offerings through physical locations, facilities, properties, studios, event spaces, retreat spaces, offices, temporary locations, or other in-person environments now existing or developed in the future.
Refund, cancellation, access, reservation, and rescheduling rules for physical locations or facility-based offerings may vary depending on the nature of the location, the type of offering, the length of the reservation or participation period, staffing, preparation, capacity, materials, third-party commitments, or other operational considerations.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular location or facility-based offering, the following general rules apply:
- reservations, bookings, admissions, or participation rights may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling requirements communicated at the time of booking or registration;
- late cancellation, failure to appear, early departure, or failure to use a reserved space or scheduled offering may not create a right to a refund;
- Infused Transitions may offer a credit, transfer, rescheduled date, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate remedy when circumstances reasonably justify doing so;
- where Infused Transitions must close, suspend, relocate, postpone, or materially alter a physical location or facility-based offering, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable terms;
- access to a location, facility, property, or in-person offering may be subject to safety, conduct, scheduling, capacity, accessibility, operational, or other reasonable requirements.
Where a physical location, venue, facility, property, landlord, host, contractor, service provider, or other third party is involved, that third party’s own cancellation, access, refund, safety, scheduling, or operational policies may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent policies, access rules, closures, delays, actions, omissions, safety procedures, refund practices, or other operations of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
VIII. Customized, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Offerings
Customized, personalized, commissioned, made-to-order, specially prepared, or individually tailored Infused Transitions offerings may involve work, materials, preparation, intellectual property, scheduling, production, or other resources that are specific to the purchaser or participant.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular customized or personalized offering, the following general rules apply:
- deposits or advance payments may become nonrefundable once substantial preparation, customization, production, scheduling, or other work has begun;
- cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on how much work has already been completed, what costs have already been incurred, and whether any portion of the customized offering can reasonably be reused, resold, repurposed, or reassigned;
- once a customized, personalized, or made-to-order item or service has been completed or substantially completed, it may be nonreturnable and nonrefundable except where defective, materially incorrect, not provided as agreed, or otherwise subject to a nonwaivable legal right;
- purchaser-requested revisions, changes, additions, or alterations after work has begun may result in additional fees, schedule changes, or revised delivery expectations;
- where a purchaser fails to provide information, approvals, materials, responses, or other input reasonably necessary to complete the customized offering, delays or additional costs may result and do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where a customized offering depends on a third-party printer, manufacturer, artist, contractor, vendor, fulfillment provider, venue, technology provider, or other outside party, that third party’s own terms, production schedules, return rules, and limitations may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent policies, production delays, actions, omissions, errors, limitations, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
IX. Subscriptions, Memberships, Recurring Payments, and Payment Plans
Infused Transitions may offer subscriptions, memberships, recurring-payment arrangements, installment plans, payment plans, or other ongoing payment structures for certain products, services, programs, courses, access arrangements, locations, facilities, or other offerings.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular arrangement, the following general rules apply:
- the purchaser is responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and other conditions that apply before entering into the arrangement;
- recurring charges or installment payments may continue according to the agreed schedule until the arrangement is completed, canceled, or otherwise changed in accordance with the applicable terms;
- canceling future participation, access, or renewal does not automatically eliminate amounts already due or obligations already incurred under an existing payment arrangement;
- failed, declined, reversed, disputed, or charged-back payments may result in suspension or termination of access, participation, services, benefits, memberships, subscriptions, bookings, or other associated rights until the payment issue is resolved;
- Infused Transitions may decline to enter into future payment-plan, subscription, membership, or recurring-payment arrangements with an individual or entity after repeated payment issues, disputes, chargebacks, or other circumstances that reasonably justify doing so;
- where an arrangement is canceled in accordance with its applicable terms, the effect of the cancellation on future payments, access, credits, refunds, or remaining obligations will depend on the specific offering and agreement.
Where a third-party payment processor, subscription platform, membership system, booking service, financing provider, or other outside service is involved, that provider’s own billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, security, or processing terms may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent billing practices, renewal systems, payment processing, security measures, actions, omissions, delays, errors, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, billing, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
X. Refund Timing, Credits, and Method of Reimbursement
Where Infused Transitions approves a refund, credit, reimbursement, replacement, or other financial remedy, the timing and method may depend on the type of transaction, the payment method used, the nature of the offering, and any third-party payment-processing or financial-service requirements.
Unless different written terms are stated for a particular transaction, the following general rules apply:
- approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method when reasonably possible;
- Infused Transitions may use another reasonable method of reimbursement where the original payment method is unavailable, no longer valid, technically unavailable, or otherwise impractical;
- processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, financial institution, platform, or other third party involved;
- credits may be offered instead of refunds where permitted by the applicable terms and law;
- store credit, service credit, account credit, or other non-cash credit may be subject to expiration dates, transfer restrictions, or other reasonable conditions if those conditions are disclosed;
- a refund or credit is not considered complete until Infused Transitions has initiated or authorized the applicable reimbursement, even though the receiving bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other third party may require additional time to post or make the funds available.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent processing times, banking procedures, posting delays, payment-system errors, actions, omissions, or other practices of third-party financial institutions or payment providers that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund or reimbursement that cannot lawfully be waived.
XI. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Reversed Transactions
If a purchaser believes there is a problem with a transaction, Infused Transitions encourages the purchaser to contact Infused Transitions directly first so that the matter may be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.
A chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, stop-payment request, or similar action does not automatically cancel contractual obligations, payment-plan obligations, amounts lawfully owed, or other responsibilities associated with the transaction.
Where a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, Infused Transitions may:
- suspend access to the applicable product, service, program, course, subscription, membership, booking, event, location-based offering, facility-based offering, digital material, or other benefit while the matter is being reviewed;
- provide transaction records, acknowledgments, correspondence, delivery records, access records, policies, agreements, or other relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, platform, or dispute-resolution provider;
- decline future purchases, bookings, registrations, services, subscriptions, memberships, payment plans, or other business relationships where repeated disputes, chargebacks, reversals, or other circumstances reasonably justify doing so;
- pursue amounts that remain lawfully due after a dispute is resolved, subject to applicable law and the terms of the transaction.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in favor of Infused Transitions, the purchaser remains responsible for any outstanding amount that is lawfully due.
If a dispute is resolved in favor of the purchaser, Infused Transitions will comply with the resulting payment decision and any additional legal obligation that applies.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent dispute procedures, investigation methods, decision-making standards, processing times, actions, omissions, or other practices of banks, card issuers, payment processors, financial institutions, or other third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XII. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Infused Transitions will not be considered responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, inability to perform, shipping disruptions, access problems, location closures, event changes, or other failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, or other environmental conditions;
- power, utility, internet, telecommunications, or technology failures;
- transportation, shipping, fulfillment, manufacturing, printing, or supply-chain disruptions;
- venue closures, property access restrictions, or facility-related problems;
- governmental actions, legal restrictions, public-health emergencies, or other official requirements;
- labor disruptions, civil disturbances, acts of war or terrorism, or other emergencies;
- illness, incapacity, death, bereavement, grief, mourning, or the need to attend to immediate family or personal loss;
- other events or conditions that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
When such circumstances materially affect a purchase, booking, session, event, program, course, shipment, physical location, facility, product, or other Infused Transitions offering, Infused Transitions may reasonably postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, substitute, suspend, or cancel the affected offering.
Where payment has already been made, the available remedy may include rescheduling, replacement, transfer, credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the nature of the offering, what has already been provided or incurred, any third-party costs, and applicable law.
Where the disruption is caused by a third-party venue, carrier, printer, manufacturer, payment processor, technology provider, fulfillment provider, contractor, or other outside party, that third party’s own cancellation, refund, replacement, or claims procedures may also apply.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent policies, decisions, actions, omissions, delays, closures, failures, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
XIII. Policy Changes and Offering-Specific Terms
Infused Transitions may revise, update, amend, replace, or otherwise modify this Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy from time to time as products, services, programs, events, physical locations, facilities, technologies, fulfillment methods, shipping arrangements, payment systems, legal requirements, or other business circumstances change.
Any revised version will become effective when it is posted on the Infused Transitions website unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
The most current version of this Policy will be identified by its Effective Date, Last Updated date, or similar version notation.
Where a particular product, service, booking, program, course, event, physical location, facility, customized offering, shipment, subscription, payment plan, or other transaction has specific written refund, cancellation, rescheduling, return, exchange, replacement, or shipping terms, those specific terms will apply to that particular transaction to the extent that they differ from this general Policy.
Changes to this Policy will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated version, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where a separate written agreement validly provides otherwise.
A change in Infused Transitions’ residence, business address, principal place of business, operating location, physical location, facility, or other business presence does not automatically invalidate this Policy. Infused Transitions may update the Policy as reasonably necessary to reflect a new jurisdiction, operating location, legal requirement, fulfillment method, or business circumstance.
XIV. Requests for Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, or Other Remedies
Requests for a refund, return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, rescheduling, credit, shipping claim, or other remedy should be submitted to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website or through another method expressly provided for the applicable offering.
A request should include enough information to allow Infused Transitions to identify and evaluate the transaction. This may include, but is not limited to:
- the purchaser’s name and contact information;
- the order, invoice, booking, registration, transaction, or confirmation information;
- the product, service, program, event, location, facility, shipment, or other offering involved;
- the reason for the request;
- any relevant dates;
- photographs, screenshots, delivery information, correspondence, or other documentation reasonably needed to review the matter.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund, return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, rescheduling, credit, or other remedy.
Infused Transitions may request additional information where reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, verify the transaction, determine what occurred, or comply with applicable law or third-party claims procedures.
Where a third-party manufacturer, carrier, payment processor, venue, fulfillment provider, platform, financial institution, or other outside party is involved, additional documentation or direct communication with that third party may be required.
Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent claims procedures, response times, requirements, decisions, actions, omissions, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XV. Contact and Questions About This Policy
Questions regarding this Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, its application to a particular transaction, or a request concerning a refund, return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, rescheduling, credit, shipment, or other remedy may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website.
Infused Transitions may update its email address, mailing address, telephone number, business location, contact form, or other contact method from time to time without requiring a separate amendment to this Policy.
The use of updated contact information does not alter the substance of this Policy or change the rights or obligations applicable to an existing transaction except where expressly agreed or required by law.
Where a matter involves a third-party manufacturer, carrier, payment processor, financial institution, venue, fulfillment provider, platform, or other outside party, Infused Transitions may direct or assist the purchaser in contacting that third party when appropriate. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent response times, claims procedures, policies, decisions, actions, omissions, or other practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XVI. Effective Date and Last Updated
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy is effective as of the date stated above and remains in effect until replaced, amended, or withdrawn by Infused Transitions.
The most current version published by Infused Transitions will govern new purchases, bookings, registrations, orders, services, programs, events, physical-location offerings, facility-based offerings, shipments, subscriptions, payment arrangements, and other transactions occurring after the effective date of that version.
A later version of this Policy does not automatically retroactively alter rights or obligations that arose under an earlier version unless the updated Policy expressly provides otherwise, the parties validly agree otherwise, or applicable law requires the change.
Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, or another action before a material policy change may affect an existing transaction, Infused Transitions will comply with those requirements.

Where a third-party provider places, controls, or manages a cookie or similar technology, that provider’s own privacy policy, cookie policy, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures may apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent cookie practices, tracking technologies, plugin behavior, privacy practices, security measures, actions, omissions, or data-handling practices of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Infused Transitions does not use cookies or similar technologies for purposes that are materially unrelated to the website or business operations unless an appropriate lawful basis or consent exists where required.
Where third-party providers use or control cookies, plugins, tracking technologies, or similar tools, those providers may use information according to their own privacy policies, cookie policies, terms, security practices, and data-handling procedures. - disabling or limiting certain browser extensions, plugins, or embedded technologies where the user has control over those settings;
- unsubscribing from marketing or newsletter communications through available preference or unsubscribe controls.
Blocking or disabling certain cookies or similar technologies may affect website functionality, performance, convenience, security, forms, bookings, payments, downloads, embedded content, or other features.
Some cookies or technologies may be essential or necessary for website operation, security, fraud prevention, transaction processing, or other functions and may not be subject to the same preference controls as optional cookies.
Where a third-party provider controls the applicable cookie, plugin, tracking technology, or preference setting, the user may need to manage those choices directly through that provider. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent preference controls, browser behavior, plugin settings, cookie-management tools, privacy practices, actions, omissions, or technical limitations of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

The most current version of this Cookie Policy will be identified by its Effective Date, Last Updated date, or similar version notation.
Changes to this Cookie Policy will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated version, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a material change affects how cookies or similar technologies are used, Infused Transitions may provide additional notice, consent options, or preference controls where required by applicable law.
A change in website host, platform, plugin, integration, analytics provider, payment processor, embedded service, or other technology provider does not automatically invalidate this Cookie Policy. Infused Transitions may update the Policy as reasonably necessary to reflect the new technology, provider, or legal requirement.
VIII. Contact and Questions About This Cookie Policy
Questions regarding this Cookie Policy, the use of cookies or similar technologies, available privacy choices, or the operation of website plugins and related technologies may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the Infused Transitions website.

INFUSED TRANSITIONS
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
I. Accessibility Commitment and Scope
Infused Transitions is committed to making www.infusedtransitions.com and its related content, communications, services, programs, courses, events, physical locations, facilities, digital offerings, and other current or future offerings reasonably accessible and usable by individuals with differing needs and abilities.
This Accessibility Statement is intended to apply to the Infused Transitions website as well as, where applicable, online forms, digital materials, communications, booking processes, events, physical locations, facilities, and other methods through which Infused Transitions provides information, products, services, or experiences.
Infused Transitions seeks to improve accessibility in a practical and ongoing manner and may review or adjust website content, design, navigation, forms, documents, communications, physical access, or other aspects of its operations as needs, technologies, legal requirements, and business circumstances change.
Because accessibility needs can vary widely from one person, technology, device, platform, location, or circumstance to another, Infused Transitions does not represent that every feature, format, environment, or offering will be perfectly accessible to every individual in every situation.
Where accessibility depends in whole or in part on a third-party website host, WordPress plugin, platform, embedded service, payment processor, booking system, event venue, facility, property owner, technology provider, or other outside party, that third party’s own accessibility features, limitations, policies, and practices may also apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent accessibility practices, technical limitations, policies, actions, omissions, or systems of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
II. Website and Digital Accessibility
Infused Transitions seeks to make its website and digital materials reasonably accessible by using practical accessibility measures appropriate to the technology, platform, content, and circumstances involved.
These measures may include, but are not limited to:
- using clear headings, readable text, and logical content organization;
- providing meaningful link text and navigation where reasonably practicable;
- considering text contrast, font readability, spacing, and mobile usability;
- using alternative text or other descriptive methods for meaningful images where appropriate;
- attempting to make forms, buttons, menus, and other interactive elements reasonably understandable and usable;
- reviewing digital documents, downloads, or other materials for reasonable usability and readability where appropriate;
- considering keyboard access, screen-reader compatibility, or other assistive-technology needs where reasonably practicable within the capabilities of the website, platform, theme, plugins, and other technologies in use;
- making reasonable corrections or adjustments when an accessibility issue is identified and can be addressed within Infused Transitions’ control.
Infused Transitions does not guarantee that every page, document, plugin, embedded feature, downloadable file, third-party integration, or digital function will be fully accessible to every assistive technology, device, browser, operating system, or individual user.
Where a website feature, plugin, embedded service, document viewer, payment system, booking tool, video platform, form provider, or other digital function is supplied or controlled by a third party, that provider’s own accessibility capabilities and limitations may apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent accessibility practices, technical limitations, policies, actions, omissions, or systems of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
III. Physical Locations, Facilities, Events, and In-Person Accessibility
Infused Transitions may provide services, events, programs, classes, workshops, speaking engagements, appointments, retreats, gatherings, or other offerings at physical locations, facilities, properties, venues, or temporary spaces now existing or developed in the future.
Infused Transitions seeks to consider reasonable accessibility needs in connection with physical locations and in-person offerings where reasonably practicable and within its control.
Accessibility considerations may include, but are not limited to:
- access to entrances, exits, pathways, seating, restrooms, and activity areas where applicable;
- reasonable consideration of mobility, visual, hearing, communication, sensory, or other access needs;
- providing or considering reasonable accommodations, alternate arrangements, communication adjustments, seating modifications, or other practical measures where appropriate;
- communicating known accessibility limitations when reasonably possible;
- working with participants in advance when an accommodation request requires planning, equipment, scheduling changes, or coordination with a venue or third party.
Not every physical location, facility, property, venue, or temporary event space will necessarily be fully accessible to every individual or for every type of need.
Where an event, service, program, or other offering takes place at a third-party venue, property, facility, conference space, rental location, hotel, event center, or other location not owned or controlled by Infused Transitions, the accessibility features, limitations, policies, and legal obligations of that third party may also apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent accessibility practices, physical conditions, policies, actions, omissions, or limitations of third-party locations or facilities that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
IV. Requests for Accessibility Assistance or Accommodation
Individuals who experience difficulty accessing Infused Transitions content, services, events, physical locations, facilities, digital materials, forms, communications, or other offerings are encouraged to contact Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on the website.
Requests may include, but are not limited to:
- assistance accessing website content or digital materials;
- requests for alternative formats or communication methods;
- accommodation requests related to events, classes, sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, physical locations, facilities, or other in-person offerings;
- questions about known accessibility features or limitations;
- requests for reasonable adjustments that may help an individual participate in or access an Infused Transitions offering.
Where an accommodation or accessibility adjustment requires advance planning, Infused Transitions may ask that the request be made as early as reasonably possible.
Infused Transitions may request additional information reasonably necessary to understand the accessibility need and determine what accommodation or alternative may be appropriate.
Infused Transitions will consider reasonable requests in good faith, but not every requested accommodation can necessarily be provided in every circumstance, particularly where the request would fundamentally alter the nature of an offering, create an undue burden, conflict with safety requirements, or depend on a third-party provider or location outside Infused Transitions’ control.
Where a request depends on a third-party platform, venue, facility, property owner, technology provider, plugin, service provider, or other outside party, that third party’s own accessibility practices, capabilities, limitations, and legal obligations may apply. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent accessibility practices, response times, policies, actions, omissions, or limitations of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
V. Ongoing Accessibility Review and Improvement
Infused Transitions views accessibility as an ongoing consideration rather than a one-time task and may review, update, or improve accessibility practices as the website, technologies, offerings, physical locations, facilities, legal requirements, and business operations change.
Accessibility improvements may include, but are not limited to:
- correcting identified website or digital-accessibility issues;
- updating formatting, navigation, links, forms, documents, or downloadable materials;
- reviewing new plugins, integrations, platforms, or technologies for accessibility considerations where reasonably practicable;
- improving communication methods or alternative access options;
- making reasonable adjustments to physical locations, facilities, events, or in-person offerings where appropriate and within Infused Transitions’ control;
- considering feedback from users who identify accessibility barriers or difficulties;
- updating this Accessibility Statement when material changes are made to accessibility practices or relevant operations.
Infused Transitions may prioritize accessibility improvements based on the seriousness of the barrier, the number of people potentially affected, available technology, cost, feasibility, safety, legal requirements, and other relevant circumstances.
The existence of an accessibility issue does not mean that Infused Transitions is unwilling to address it. Where an issue is brought to Infused Transitions’ attention, reasonable efforts may be made to evaluate and address the concern or provide an alternative means of access where appropriate.
Where accessibility depends on third-party technology, plugins, platforms, venues, facilities, service providers, or other outside parties, improvements may also depend on changes made by those third parties. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent accessibility practices, technical limitations, update schedules, policies, actions, omissions, or systems of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
VI. Accessibility Rights and Legal Protections
Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to reduce, waive, replace, or limit any accessibility right, disability-related protection, accommodation right, or other legal protection that applies under federal, state, local, or other applicable law.
Infused Transitions will comply with accessibility and nondiscrimination obligations that lawfully apply to its website, services, events, physical locations, facilities, communications, or other offerings.
This Accessibility Statement is intended to describe Infused Transitions’ general accessibility approach and does not create fewer rights than an individual may otherwise have under applicable law.
Where a separate venue, property owner, platform, employer, contractor, service provider, or other third party has its own independent accessibility obligations, those obligations remain the responsibility of that third party to the extent required by law.
VII. Contact and Questions About Accessibility
Questions, concerns, feedback, or requests regarding accessibility may be directed to Infused Transitions using the current contact information published on www.infusedtransitions.com.
Accessibility-related communications may include, but are not limited to:
- reporting a website or digital-accessibility barrier;
- requesting an alternative way to access information or materials;
- asking about accessibility at a physical location, facility, event, class, workshop, speaking engagement, session, or other offering;
- requesting a reasonable accommodation or communication adjustment;
- providing feedback about accessibility features, limitations, or user experience.
Infused Transitions may request additional information reasonably necessary to understand the issue, identify the affected content or offering, and determine what response or accommodation may be appropriate.
Where an accessibility concern involves a third-party website host, plugin, embedded service, payment processor, booking system, venue, facility, property owner, platform, technology provider, or other outside party, Infused Transitions may direct or assist the individual in contacting that third party where appropriate. Infused Transitions is not responsible for the independent response times, accessibility practices, technical limitations, policies, actions, omissions, or systems of third parties that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
VIII. Effective Date and Last Updated
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
This Accessibility Statement is effective as of the date stated above and remains in effect until replaced, amended, or withdrawn by Infused Transitions.
The most current version published by Infused Transitions will govern accessibility practices and disclosures after the effective date of that version.
Where applicable law requires additional notice, accommodation, or other action in connection with accessibility changes or obligations, Infused Transitions will comply with those requirements.
INFUSED TRANSITIONS
CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT / INFORMED CONSENT
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
I. Purpose and Scope of the Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent
This Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent applies to applicable one-to-one or small-group services, sessions, spiritual or intuitive work, meditation, energetic practices, coaching, personal-development work, sound-based offerings, Akashic Records work, and other direct-participation services provided by Infused Transitions, whether currently offered or developed in the future.
This Agreement is intended to explain the nature and boundaries of the services, the responsibilities of both Infused Transitions and the client, the client’s right to make informed choices regarding participation, and the conditions under which services are provided.
Because different services may involve different methods, activities, environments, risks, preparation requirements, or participation expectations, additional service-specific information or consent may be provided where appropriate.
Infused Transitions services are spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, educational, reflective, coaching, personal-development, and related offerings. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, prescribe for, or replace services provided by appropriately licensed or regulated professionals. Nothing provided by Infused Transitions is intended to substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, counseling, psychotherapy, legal, financial, tax, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional advice, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, care, or services. Maureen Dodson and Infused Transitions do not represent themselves as licensed or regulated professionals in those fields. If a client needs or may need assistance within one of those areas, the client is responsible for seeking appropriate services from a qualified licensed or regulated professional.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to replace any separate written term, consent, safety instruction, contraindication notice, or service-specific requirement that applies to a particular offering.
By booking, purchasing, receiving, or participating in an applicable Infused Transitions service, the client acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review this Agreement, ask questions, and make an informed decision about participation.
II. Nature of Services and Spiritual Framework
Infused Transitions services may include spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, reflective, educational, coaching, personal-development, sound-based, Akashic Records, and other related practices or offerings.
These services may involve, depending on the particular offering:
- meditation, guided reflection, visualization, or contemplative practices;
- spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, or energetic awareness;
- sound-based practices or other nonmedical wellness-oriented experiences;
- coaching, personal-development, self-reflection, or goal-oriented conversation;
- Akashic Records work or other spiritually oriented inquiry;
- energetic practices, infusions, clearings, attunements, or related methods;
- discussion of beliefs, patterns, experiences, emotions, intentions, personal meaning, spiritual development, or other areas relevant to the client’s stated purpose for participation;
- other spiritual, educational, reflective, energetic, or personal-development methods that may be incorporated into current or future Infused Transitions services.
The nature of a particular session or service may vary depending on the offering, the client’s goals, the practitioner’s methods, the client’s consent and boundaries, and the circumstances present at the time of the session.
Infused Transitions does not guarantee that any particular technique, method, insight, practice, energetic experience, spiritual interpretation, or session will produce a specific result or outcome.
The client understands that spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and personal-development work may be experienced differently by different individuals and that participation is voluntary.
Nothing in this section changes the professional-services boundaries stated elsewhere in this Agreement. Infused Transitions services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental-health, counseling, psychotherapy, legal, financial, tax, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional services.
III. Client Responsibility, Choice, and Personal Agency
The client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, boundaries, interpretations, participation, and use of any information, guidance, insight, exercise, practice, or experience arising from an Infused Transitions service.
The client understands and agrees that:
- participation in Infused Transitions services and offerings is voluntary;
- the client may ask questions, communicate boundaries, decline an optional activity, or request that an activity be stopped or modified where appropriate;
- the client is responsible for communicating relevant preferences, boundaries, limitations, and concerns that the client chooses or is reasonably expected to communicate;
- any suggestion, perspective, reflection, guidance, insight, exercise, or practice may be accepted, rejected, adapted, or discontinued by the client;
- the client is responsible for seeking appropriately licensed or regulated professional services for matters outside the scope of Infused Transitions;
- the client remains responsible for decisions and actions taken before, during, and after participation in an Infused Transitions offering.
Infused Transitions does not assume responsibility for choices or actions made by the client outside the scope of the service actually provided.
The client acknowledges that no Infused Transitions service removes the client’s responsibility for personal judgment, decision-making, boundaries, care, or use of information.
IV. Informed Consent and Voluntary Participation
Consent to participate in Infused Transitions services is voluntary and ongoing. The client may ask questions and may communicate consent, refusal, limits, or changed boundaries before or during a session, service, workshop, event, or other offering.
Depending on the offering, the client may decline or request modification of an optional activity, form of touch, sound-based practice, energetic practice, meditation, visualization, positioning, movement, tool, technique, or other element where participation in that element is not essential to the offering itself.
The client may request that an activity be paused or stopped and may withdraw consent to an optional element at any time. Discontinuing an appointment, event, program, course, or other offering may remain subject to applicable scheduling, cancellation, refund, or payment policies.
Consent to one service, method, modality, technique, form of touch, recording, photograph, testimonial use, or other matter does not automatically constitute consent to another service or to future use.
Where touch or work near or above the body may be involved, the client may communicate preferences or decline touch. Consent to energetic or spiritual work does not automatically authorize physical touch.
Consent may be documented through a handwritten signature, electronic signature, checkbox, initials, verbal confirmation where appropriate, digital form, or another legally recognized method suitable to the circumstances.
Infused Transitions will make reasonable efforts to respect clearly communicated client boundaries and consent within the scope of the applicable offering and the requirements of law.
V. Health, Safety, Contraindications, and Client Disclosure
The client is solely responsible for determining whether participation in an Infused Transitions service, session, workshop, event, practice, modality, tool, technique, physical location, facility, venue, in-home offering, third-party location, or other offering is appropriate and safe for the client’s individual circumstances.
The client’s responsibility also includes considering any medical, physical, psychological, emotional, financial, legal, medication-related, implanted-device, accessibility, environmental, or other circumstance that may affect participation.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not evaluate, diagnose, screen for, or determine a client’s medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional suitability for participation. The client is responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified licensed or regulated professional before participating whenever professional evaluation, clearance, advice, or guidance would be appropriate for the client’s circumstances.
The client is not expected to disclose an entire medical, psychological, financial, legal, or personal history to Infused Transitions. However, when a client chooses to participate, the client assumes responsibility for determining whether the offering and any methods, tools, modalities, practices, equipment, sound, vibration, light, movement, positioning, touch, energetic work, meditation, location, facility, venue, environmental condition, or other element that may be involved are appropriate for the client.
Because an individual Infused Transitions session, event, workshop, or other offering may incorporate more than one method, modality, tool, practice, environment, or location, the client understands that responsibility for determining suitability applies to the offering as a whole and to the individual elements used within it.
Infused Transitions may decline, modify, postpone, or discontinue an activity when information actually known to Infused Transitions raises a reasonable safety or scope-of-practice concern. This does not create a duty for Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder to investigate, diagnose, discover, evaluate, or independently determine conditions or circumstances that have not been disclosed or that require professional assessment.
VI. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Client Information
Infused Transitions will use reasonable care and discretion in handling client information obtained in connection with bookings, intake forms, communications, sessions, services, spiritual or energetic work, Akashic Records work, payments, and related records.
Client information may be collected, used, stored, or disclosed as reasonably necessary for scheduling, service delivery, administration, payment, recordkeeping, legal compliance, safety, business continuity, or other legitimate purposes described in the applicable Infused Transitions Privacy Policy and related documents.
Infused Transitions does not sell client information as a routine business practice.
Confidentiality is subject to reasonable and lawful exceptions, which may include disclosures required by law, court order, legal process, fraud prevention, immediate safety concerns, service providers acting on behalf of Infused Transitions, or lawful succession, administration, or transfer of business records and responsibilities.
Third-party platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, communications services, cloud services, venues, and other independent providers may maintain their own privacy, security, retention, and data-handling practices. Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for independent third-party practices outside their reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in the client relationship creates attorney-client, physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, counselor-client, accountant-client, veterinarian-client, or other licensed professional privilege or relationship merely because personal or sensitive information is discussed.
VII. Scheduling, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
The client is responsible for scheduling, attending, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments and other reserved participation in accordance with the applicable Infused Transitions policies and any service-specific terms.
Advance notice may be required for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits, fees, credits, or other amounts to the extent stated in the applicable policy or agreement and permitted by law.
If Infused Transitions must cancel, postpone, reschedule, or materially modify an appointment or offering, the available remedy may include rescheduling, credit, refund, substitution, or another reasonable option as provided by the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy or other governing terms.
Infused Transitions may consider unusual or compelling circumstances on a case-by-case basis but is not required to create an exception that would conflict with law or an applicable written policy.
Scheduling and reminder systems may be provided through independent third parties. Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for third-party platform failures, missed notifications, outages, or independent practices outside their reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
VIII. Fees, Payment, and Financial Responsibility
The client is responsible for reviewing applicable prices, deposits, payment schedules, refund terms, cancellation terms, taxes, fees, and other financial conditions before purchasing or participating in an offering.
Payment may be required in full or in part before a service, session, event, product, program, course, or other offering is provided or reserved. Failed, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payments may result in delayed access, cancellation, suspension, collection activity, or refusal of future business to the extent permitted by law and applicable policy.
The client is responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion charges, financing costs, or other amounts imposed by the client’s financial institution or another third party unless the applicable written terms expressly state otherwise.
The client is solely responsible for determining whether a purchase or participation decision is financially appropriate for the client’s circumstances.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not provide financial advice, assess a client’s financial capacity, determine whether a purchase is financially prudent, or assume responsibility for the client’s budgeting, debt, financing, or financial decisions.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Infused Transitions is not responsible for third-party processing practices, account holds, banking decisions, security systems, financing terms, outages, or other matters outside its reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
IX. Professional Boundaries and Scope of Practice
Infused Transitions services are spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, educational, reflective, coaching, personal-development, sound-based, Akashic Records, and related offerings. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, psychotherapy, legal, financial, tax, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional services.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe medication or treatment, provide psychotherapy or licensed counseling, provide legal representation or legal advice, provide financial or tax advice, or provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
The client is responsible for obtaining appropriately qualified licensed or regulated professional assistance when a matter falls within one of those fields.
Participation in an Infused Transitions offering does not create a physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, counselor-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser-client, veterinarian-client, or similar regulated professional relationship.
Infused Transitions may decline, pause, modify, or discontinue a request or service when it falls outside the reasonable scope of the offering or would require professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, representation, or other activity outside Infused Transitions’ role.
X. No Guarantees, Results, or Specific Outcomes
The client understands that experiences and outcomes from spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, reflective, coaching, personal-development, sound-based, Akashic Records, products, or other Infused Transitions services and offerings may vary from person to person.
Infused Transitions does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, psychological, physical, medical, relational, career, business, financial, legal, energetic, personal-development, or other result, experience, improvement, transformation, outcome, or timeline.
Any testimonial, review, story, example, description, or account of another person’s experience reflects that person’s individual experience and does not constitute a promise or guarantee that another client will obtain the same or similar result.
The client remains responsible for expectations, interpretations, decisions, actions, and use of any information or experience arising from an Infused Transitions offering.
XI. Touch, Sound, Energy Work, Equipment, and Other Modalities
Depending on the particular offering, Infused Transitions may use or incorporate touch, work near or above the body, sound, vibration, light, meditation, visualization, energetic practices, positioning, movement, equipment, tools, products, instruments, or other modalities or methods.
Participation in an optional modality is voluntary. The client may communicate preferences, decline touch, decline an optional method, or request that an activity be stopped or modified where appropriate.
A single session, event, workshop, or other offering may incorporate more than one modality, method, tool, product, environment, or type of equipment.
The client is responsible for determining whether any modality, tool, product, technique, piece of equipment, sound, vibration, light-based practice, energetic practice, location, facility, venue, or other element is appropriate for the client’s individual circumstances.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not represent that any particular modality, tool, product, technique, piece of equipment, sound, vibration, light-based practice, energetic practice, or other method is medically, physically, psychologically, emotionally, financially, legally, spiritually, or otherwise appropriate or suitable for a particular client.
Where equipment, products, facilities, platforms, or other resources are supplied by a third party, Infused Transitions is not responsible for independent third-party design, manufacturing, maintenance, warnings, defects, policies, or acts outside its reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
XII. Client Conduct, Boundaries, and Respectful Participation
The client agrees to participate in and use Infused Transitions services, sessions, workshops, events, physical locations, facilities, venues, in-home offerings, programs, courses, products, and other direct-participation or purchased offerings in a manner that is respectful of Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, other participants, staff, representatives, lawful successors, trustees, personal representatives, authorized representatives, assignees, and other lawful rights holders.
The client understands and agrees that:
- abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, destructive, unlawful, or materially disruptive conduct may result in immediate modification, suspension, termination, removal, or refusal of current or future participation to the extent permitted by law;
- the client is expected to respect stated boundaries, safety requirements, property rules, venue rules, participation requirements, and reasonable instructions applicable to the offering;
- recording, photographing, livestreaming, reproducing, or otherwise capturing private or restricted sessions, workshops, events, materials, or participants is prohibited without appropriate permission;
- the client may not intentionally interfere with, disrupt, damage, misuse, or unlawfully access Infused Transitions property, products, equipment, systems, materials, intellectual property, facilities, or another participant’s experience;
- the client is responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the conduct of any guest, support person, caregiver, family member, service animal, or other individual or animal accompanying them, and for damage, disruption, cleanup, or other consequences caused by that person or animal;
Service animals are permitted where required by applicable law. The client or handler remains responsible for maintaining control of the service animal and for the animal’s care, supervision, behavior, and housebreaking.
If a particular service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, is not housebroken, causes material property damage, poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, or otherwise creates circumstances for which restriction or removal is permitted by applicable law, Infused Transitions may require the animal to be removed from the applicable session, event, location, facility, venue, or other offering.
The client or handler may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable damage, property loss, or extraordinary cleanup caused by the animal where Infused Transitions would impose comparable responsibility for similar damage or cleanup caused by another person or animal.
A prior incident involving a particular service animal may be considered when determining arrangements for future appointments or participation to the extent permitted by applicable law. A single incident may be sufficient where the nature, seriousness, consequences, property damage, safety concerns, lack of control, lack of housebreaking, or other circumstances reasonably provide a lawful basis for future restriction, modification, conditions, or refusal involving that particular animal. Any such decision will be based on the individual circumstances and actual behavior or history of the animal, and not merely on the individual’s disability or use of a service animal.
Nothing in this Agreement requires Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder to disregard conduct, property damage, safety concerns, lack of control, lack of housebreaking, or other circumstances that applicable law permits a business to consider.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or terminate current or future participation or services when conduct, safety concerns, boundary violations, misuse, harassment, threats, unlawful behavior, or other circumstances reasonably justify that decision.
Any payment, refund, credit, forfeiture, or other financial consequence associated with removal, termination, or refusal will be handled according to the applicable written policies and law.
XIII. Third-Party Locations, Venues, Providers, and In-Home Settings
Infused Transitions services, events, products, sessions, workshops, programs, or other offerings may occur or be delivered through third-party venues, rented spaces, client homes, event spaces, platforms, service providers, transportation or delivery providers, manufacturers, contractors, or other independent persons or entities.
The client understands and agrees that:
- third-party locations, venues, buildings, properties, platforms, and providers may impose their own rules, policies, access requirements, safety procedures, parking conditions, accessibility limitations, or other terms;
- the client is responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party requirements that are reasonably communicated or otherwise applicable;
- the client is responsible for considering parking, transportation, access, environmental conditions, building conditions, weather, stairs, lighting, surfaces, neighborhood conditions, and other location-specific circumstances relevant to the client;
- when services are provided in the client’s home or another location selected or controlled by the client, the client is responsible for providing a reasonably lawful, accessible, and suitable environment and for managing pets, household members, guests, hazards, and other conditions within the client’s control;
- Infused Transitions may decline, pause, relocate, modify, or leave an in-home or third-party setting when conditions reasonably create a safety, legal, boundary, scope-of-practice, or operational concern.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, property conditions, policies, accessibility decisions, security practices, products, services, equipment, or other matters controlled by a third party, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
The client remains responsible for determining whether a particular location, venue, facility, environment, or in-home arrangement is medically, physically, psychologically, emotionally, financially, legally, environmentally, or otherwise appropriate for the client’s circumstances.
XIV. Emergencies, Crisis Situations, and Matters Outside Scope
Infused Transitions services are not emergency, crisis-response, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, veterinary, or other licensed or regulated professional services.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not provide emergency intervention, crisis stabilization, emergency medical treatment, psychiatric emergency care, legal emergency representation, financial emergency services, or veterinary emergency care.
If the client is experiencing or reasonably believes they may be experiencing an emergency, crisis, immediate safety risk, medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, legal emergency, financial emergency, veterinary emergency, or other urgent matter requiring professional intervention, the client is responsible for contacting the appropriate emergency service, crisis resource, licensed professional, governmental authority, or other qualified provider.
Infused Transitions may decline, pause, modify, or discontinue a service when the circumstances presented fall outside the reasonable scope of the offering.
Where Infused Transitions becomes aware of an immediate and serious safety concern during an offering, reasonable action may be taken consistent with the circumstances and applicable law. This does not create a general duty to diagnose, monitor, investigate, discover, or manage emergencies or professional matters outside Infused Transitions’ scope.
The client remains responsible for seeking appropriate professional or emergency assistance when needed.
XV. Intellectual Property, Session Materials, and Client Use
Any materials, exercises, written content, recordings, meditations, worksheets, prompts, frameworks, card content, digital materials, handouts, methods, teachings, or other intellectual property provided in connection with an Infused Transitions service, session, workshop, event, program, course, product, or other offering remain subject to applicable intellectual-property protections.
Unless different written terms are provided for a particular offering, the client receives only the limited right to use such materials for the client’s own personal, noncommercial purposes.
The client may not, without prior written authorization:
- reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, upload, post, sell, resell, sublicense, license, teach, transmit, or commercially exploit Infused Transitions materials;
- share restricted materials, recordings, downloads, worksheets, meditations, exercises, prompts, frameworks, or other content with individuals who have not separately purchased or been authorized to access them;
- use Infused Transitions materials in another business, course, workshop, program, publication, training, service, product, or commercial offering;
- record, transcribe, reproduce, livestream, photograph, or otherwise capture a private session, workshop, event, or other restricted offering without appropriate permission;
- upload Infused Transitions materials into artificial-intelligence systems, content-generation systems, training datasets, shared repositories, file-sharing systems, or other platforms for reproduction, redistribution, transformation, commercial use, or creation of derivative material without prior written authorization;
- remove or alter copyright, ownership, attribution, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain all ownership and other rights not expressly granted to the client.
Any separate license granted for particular material is limited solely to the rights expressly stated in the applicable written license and does not transfer ownership, succession rights, control of Infused Transitions, or any broader interest in the underlying intellectual property.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict the lawful inheritance, administration, transfer, licensing, stewardship, or continued use of Infused Transitions intellectual property by a lawful successor or rights holder pursuant to valid estate-planning documents, inheritance, assignment, trust, license, or other lawful transfer.
XVI. Testimonials, Reviews, Stories, and Client Feedback
A client may choose to provide a testimonial, review, story, comment, feedback, photograph, recording, or other statement regarding their experience with Infused Transitions.
Providing feedback or discussing an experience with Infused Transitions does not, by itself, give permission for that material to be publicly used for marketing, advertising, promotion, publication, social media, website content, or other public-facing purposes.
Where Infused Transitions wishes to use personally identifiable testimonial or client material publicly, appropriate permission or consent will be obtained unless the client has already knowingly provided that material through a method that expressly authorizes such use.
Any authorized testimonial or statement may be edited for reasonable purposes such as length, spelling, grammar, formatting, or clarity, provided that the edit does not materially misrepresent the substance or meaning of the client’s experience.
Testimonials, reviews, stories, case examples, or descriptions of another person’s experience represent that person’s experience only and do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or representation that another client will achieve the same or similar results.
Anonymous or de-identified feedback may be used only in a manner consistent with applicable privacy obligations, confidentiality expectations, and any agreement or understanding under which the information was provided.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not acquire ownership of a client’s personal story, likeness, photograph, voice, or identifiable testimonial merely because it was shared in connection with a service.
XVII. Termination, Refusal, or Discontinuation of Services
Infused Transitions may decline, pause, modify, discontinue, or terminate a current or future service relationship when reasonably necessary to protect safety, boundaries, property, business operations, legal compliance, scope of practice, or the integrity of the offering.
This may include, but is not limited to, circumstances involving:
- abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, destructive, unlawful, or materially disruptive conduct;
- repeated or serious boundary violations;
- misuse of services, products, locations, facilities, venues, equipment, intellectual property, or other Infused Transitions resources;
- nonpayment, repeated payment disputes, chargebacks, or other unresolved financial issues;
- safety concerns involving the client, another participant, a guest, support person, caregiver, service animal, other animal, property, equipment, or the environment;
- circumstances in which the requested service falls outside the reasonable scope of Infused Transitions;
- conduct or conditions that make continued participation inappropriate, unsafe, impracticable, or inconsistent with applicable law or Infused Transitions policies;
- a prior incident involving a particular service animal where the actual behavior, lack of control, lack of housebreaking, property damage, safety concern, or other circumstance provides a lawful basis for future restriction, modification, conditions, or refusal involving that particular animal.
A single serious incident may be sufficient to justify modification, suspension, termination, or refusal of future services where the nature and circumstances reasonably support that decision.
Any such decision will be based on the actual circumstances known at the time and, where applicable, will be made in accordance with disability-access, nondiscrimination, consumer-protection, and other applicable law.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not required to continue a service relationship that may lawfully be ended or declined.
Termination or refusal of future services does not eliminate rights or obligations arising from an existing valid transaction unless the applicable agreement, policy, or law provides otherwise.
XVIII. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client acknowledges that participation in or use of Infused Transitions services, sessions, workshops, events, programs, courses, products, physical locations, facilities, venues, in-home offerings, tools, modalities, equipment, digital materials, or other offerings involves the client’s own decisions, participation, and personal responsibility.
The client understands and agrees that Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for outcomes arising from:
- the client’s own decisions, actions, interpretations, expectations, or use of information;
- the client’s failure to disclose information that the client reasonably knew could affect participation;
- the client’s failure to seek appropriate licensed or regulated professional advice, evaluation, clearance, or assistance;
- misuse of a product, tool, modality, technique, location, facility, venue, digital material, or other offering;
- conditions, risks, limitations, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Infused Transitions;
- the independent acts, omissions, policies, systems, practices, defects, failures, or conduct of third parties that Infused Transitions does not own or control.
The client assumes responsibility for determining whether any service, product, modality, tool, technique, event, environment, location, venue, or other offering is appropriate for the client’s medical, physical, psychological, emotional, financial, legal, spiritual, accessibility, environmental, or other individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infused Transitions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to participation in or use of an Infused Transitions offering, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to release, waive, exclude, or limit liability for negligence, gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited. Except for such legally nonwaivable matters, the client agrees that Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder will not be responsible for losses, injuries, claims, damages, or other consequences arising from risks, circumstances, decisions, actions, misuse, third-party conduct, or other matters for which responsibility has been validly limited elsewhere in this Agreement or the applicable Infused Transitions legal documents.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any responsibility, consumer protection, duty, or legal right that applicable law does not permit to be waived, limited, or excluded.
XIX. Electronic Acceptance, Signature, and Acknowledgment
The client may indicate acceptance of this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent through a handwritten signature, electronic signature, checkbox acknowledgment, initials, typed name, booking confirmation, digital form submission, or another reasonable method of consent permitted by applicable law.
By accepting this Agreement, the client acknowledges that they:
- have had an opportunity to read and review the Agreement before participation;
- understand the nature and general scope of Infused Transitions services and offerings;
- understand the professional boundaries and limitations described in this Agreement;
- understand that participation is voluntary;
- understand that they remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances;
- understand that no specific result or outcome is guaranteed;
- understand that additional service-specific terms, safety information, consent forms, disclosures, or policies may also apply;
- agree to comply with applicable Infused Transitions policies, including the Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, and any additional terms that apply to the specific offering.
The client understands that electronic acceptance is intended to have the same effect as acceptance provided in another legally recognized written form, except where applicable law requires a different method of consent or signature.
A record of acceptance may be retained by Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder for legitimate business, administrative, legal, recordkeeping, succession, or dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable privacy obligations and law.
XX. Governing Law, Severability, and Relationship to Other Agreements
This Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent is intended to operate together with the current Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy / Cookie Notice, Accessibility Statement, and any additional written terms, disclosures, consents, licenses, or service-specific agreements that apply to the particular offering.
This Agreement is also intended to operate together with any future revisions, amendments, replacements, supplements, successor policies, additional disclosures, consent forms, service agreements, licenses, notices, procedures, or other written terms adopted by Infused Transitions after the effective date of this Agreement. References in this Agreement to Infused Transitions policies, agreements, disclosures, consents, or other legal documents include their current versions as well as any later versions, additions, replacements, or successor documents that are lawfully adopted and applicable to the relevant service, transaction, offering, or relationship.
The fact that a future policy, agreement, consent, disclosure, offering, technology, location, business activity, or legal requirement is not specifically named in this Agreement does not, by itself, exclude it from the Infused Transitions legal framework where it would otherwise reasonably apply.
If a specific written provision applicable to a particular service, session, workshop, event, product, location, facility, venue, in-home offering, transaction, or other matter directly conflicts with a general provision in this Agreement, the more specific written provision will control only with respect to that particular matter and only to the extent of the direct conflict, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The existence of a specific provision does not automatically amend, replace, supersede, invalidate, or otherwise alter unrelated provisions of this Agreement or any other Infused Transitions policy, agreement, disclosure, consent, license, notice, or legal document.
Any modification intended to change, replace, or supersede another Infused Transitions policy, agreement, or legal provision must do so expressly and will apply only to the scope specifically identified. All other applicable provisions remain in effect unless they are expressly amended, replaced, or superseded, or applicable law requires otherwise.
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, together with applicable federal laws, regulations, and other legal requirements, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
A temporary or permanent change in the residence, business address, principal place of business, operating location, physical location, facility, or other business presence of Infused Transitions does not automatically amend this Agreement or change the governing-law provisions stated herein. If Infused Transitions establishes its principal place of business in another jurisdiction, this Agreement may be updated prospectively to reflect that jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The failure of Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder to enforce a provision or exercise a right in one circumstance does not waive that provision or right in another circumstance.
XXI. Changes to This Agreement and Future Service Terms
Infused Transitions may revise, update, amend, replace, supplement, or otherwise modify this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent from time to time as services, products, methods, modalities, technologies, physical locations, facilities, events, legal requirements, business operations, or other circumstances change.
Any revised version will become effective when it is published, presented for acceptance, incorporated into a booking or service process, or otherwise communicated as applicable, unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
The client understands and agrees that:
- future services, products, sessions, workshops, events, physical locations, facilities, venues, in-home offerings, programs, courses, technologies, modalities, tools, or other offerings may be subject to updated or additional terms;
- a revised version of this Agreement may apply prospectively to future services or participation after its effective date;
- an updated or additional service-specific term does not automatically alter unrelated Infused Transitions policies, agreements, disclosures, consents, licenses, notices, or legal documents unless it expressly states that it does so;
- where a material change affects an existing service relationship, Infused Transitions may require renewed acknowledgment, consent, initials, signature, checkbox acceptance, or other confirmation where appropriate or required by law.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder may maintain prior versions of this Agreement or related documents for business, administrative, legal, recordkeeping, succession, or dispute-resolution purposes.
A later version of this Agreement does not automatically retroactively change rights or obligations that arose under an earlier version unless the updated document expressly provides otherwise, the parties validly agree otherwise, or applicable law requires the change.
XXII. Client Representations and Accuracy of Information
The client represents that information they voluntarily provide to Infused Transitions in connection with a service, session, workshop, event, product, location, facility, venue, in-home offering, booking, registration, intake form, consent form, payment arrangement, or other interaction is accurate to the best of the client’s knowledge at the time it is provided.
The client understands and agrees that:
- the client is responsible for correcting or updating information when circumstances materially change and the information remains relevant to an ongoing service or relationship;
- Infused Transitions is entitled to reasonably rely on information voluntarily provided by the client unless Infused Transitions has actual knowledge that the information is inaccurate;
- Infused Transitions is not responsible for independently investigating, verifying, diagnosing, researching, or discovering information that the client has not disclosed or that requires evaluation by a licensed or regulated professional;
- withholding, omitting, minimizing, misrepresenting, or failing to update information that is reasonably relevant to participation may affect the appropriateness, safety, scheduling, delivery, or continuation of an offering;
- the client remains responsible for determining what information should be shared with an appropriately licensed or regulated professional rather than with Infused Transitions.
The client is not required to disclose information that is unrelated to the applicable offering merely because Infused Transitions provides spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, coaching, educational, personal-development, or other services.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not assume responsibility for consequences arising from materially inaccurate, incomplete, withheld, outdated, or misleading information provided by the client, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
XXIII. Entire Agreement, Incorporated Policies, and Order of Interpretation
This Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent, together with the Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy / Cookie Notice, Accessibility Statement, and any applicable service-specific agreement, consent, disclosure, license, notice, policy, or written term, forms part of the broader legal framework governing the client’s relationship with Infused Transitions.
The legal framework includes all applicable Infused Transitions documents in effect at the time of acceptance, together with any later revisions, amendments, replacements, supplements, successor documents, additional agreements, disclosures, consents, licenses, notices, policies, or other written terms that are lawfully adopted and made applicable to the relevant service, product, transaction, offering, or relationship.
No single document should automatically be interpreted in isolation where another applicable Infused Transitions document addresses the same subject more specifically.
If two applicable provisions can reasonably be read together, they should be interpreted so that both remain effective.
If a direct conflict cannot reasonably be reconciled, the more specific provision will control only with respect to the particular subject matter and only to the extent of that conflict, unless the applicable document expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
A provision applying to one service, product, session, workshop, event, location, facility, venue, transaction, or other offering does not automatically amend, override, invalidate, replace, or supersede provisions governing unrelated offerings, transactions, policies, or legal documents.
Nothing in this section prevents Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder from adopting additional or replacement agreements, policies, disclosures, consents, licenses, or other legal documents for future offerings or business operations.
XXIV. Acknowledgment of Understanding and Opportunity to Ask Questions
By signing, electronically accepting, checking an acknowledgment box, initialing where requested, or otherwise providing valid consent to this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent, the client acknowledges that they have been given a reasonable opportunity to review the Agreement and any other applicable Infused Transitions documents before participating.
The client acknowledges that they may ask questions about the nature of the applicable service, session, workshop, event, product, program, course, location, facility, venue, in-home offering, consent requirement, policy, or other term before agreeing to participate or purchase.
The client further acknowledges that:
- they understand that participation is voluntary;
- they understand that they may decline a particular activity, modality, tool, technique, form of touch, sound-based practice, energetic practice, meditation, product, event, location, or other optional element where participation in or use of that particular element is not required for the offering itself;
- they understand the professional boundaries and scope limitations described throughout the applicable Infused Transitions legal documents;
- they understand that they remain responsible for their own decisions, participation, suitability determinations, and use of information, services, products, materials, and experiences;
- they understand that no specific result, outcome, experience, improvement, transformation, financial result, health result, spiritual result, or other particular consequence is guaranteed;
- they understand that different services, products, events, programs, courses, locations, facilities, venues, technologies, modalities, or other offerings may carry different requirements, limitations, risks, or additional terms;
- they understand that future Infused Transitions offerings or changes to existing offerings may require additional acknowledgment, consent, initials, signatures, checkbox acceptance, or other forms of agreement.
The client’s acceptance of this Agreement confirms that they are choosing to participate or proceed based on their own judgment and responsibility and not because Infused Transitions has guaranteed suitability, safety, compatibility, or a particular result.
Nothing in this acknowledgment limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
XXV. Signature, Initials, and Final Consent
By signing or otherwise validly accepting this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent, the client confirms that they have reviewed the Agreement, had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its applicable terms.
The client understands that a signature, electronic signature, initials, checkbox acknowledgment, typed name, or other legally recognized form of acceptance may be used where appropriate to document consent.
Where a particular provision requires a separate checkbox, initials, signature, or other specific acknowledgment, that separate acknowledgment applies only to the matter identified unless the language expressly states otherwise.
Failure to check, initial, or sign an optional authorization does not constitute agreement to that optional authorization and does not, by itself, affect the client’s eligibility to receive unrelated Infused Transitions services, products, programs, events, or other offerings.
Where consent is required for a particular service, activity, modality, event, location, product, recording, testimonial use, or other matter, Infused Transitions may require the applicable acknowledgment before proceeding with that specific matter.
The client acknowledges that no signature, initials, checkbox, or other form of acceptance is intended to waive any right that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
☐ By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have reviewed this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent and agree to the applicable terms stated herein.

XXVI. Assignment, Succession, and Transfer of Rights
The client’s right to participate in or receive a particular Infused Transitions service, session, workshop, event, program, course, membership, product access, digital content, license, or other offering is personal to the client unless the applicable written terms expressly permit transfer, sharing, assignment, gifting, or use by another person.
The client may not assign, transfer, sublicense, sell, resell, delegate, or otherwise provide another person with rights granted specifically to the client where doing so is inconsistent with the applicable agreement, license, purchase terms, intellectual-property rights, or other Infused Transitions policy.
Nothing in this Agreement prevents Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder from lawfully transferring, assigning, administering, licensing, preserving, continuing, or otherwise managing Infused Transitions business interests, contracts, intellectual property, records, rights, obligations, or other assets through estate planning, inheritance, trust administration, business succession, assignment, sale, licensing, reorganization, or another lawful process.
A person or entity that receives only a limited license to use particular Infused Transitions intellectual property does not, solely by receiving that license, become an owner of Infused Transitions, a lawful successor to the business, or a person entitled to broader control, inheritance, management, succession, or ownership rights.
Where an applicable agreement, transaction, service relationship, recordkeeping obligation, or other lawful business matter continues following the death, incapacity, retirement, transfer, reorganization, or other change involving Maureen Dodson or Infused Transitions, the applicable rights and obligations may be administered or continued by the person or entity lawfully authorized to do so.
A lawful succession, transfer of authority, appointment of a trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder does not, by itself, terminate, invalidate, cancel, or supersede this Agreement or other applicable Infused Transitions agreements, policies, consents, disclosures, licenses, rights, obligations, records, or client responsibilities that were validly in effect before the succession or transfer. Those provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law unless they are later lawfully amended, replaced, terminated, or otherwise modified in accordance with their applicable terms.
Nothing in this section permits a transfer, assignment, succession, or delegation that applicable law prohibits or that would materially reduce a client right that cannot lawfully be waived or transferred.
XXVII. Complaints, Concerns, and Dispute Resolution
If a client has a concern regarding an Infused Transitions service, session, workshop, event, program, course, product, location, facility, venue, in-home offering, payment, policy, consent, or other aspect of the client relationship, the client is encouraged to communicate the concern as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, Infused Transitions may attempt in good faith to clarify the issue, correct an error, address a misunderstanding, provide information, or consider another reasonable resolution.
The existence of a complaint or disagreement does not automatically suspend, cancel, invalidate, or alter unrelated Infused Transitions agreements, policies, consents, licenses, payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, or other provisions that remain applicable.
The client understands that some matters may involve third-party payment processors, scheduling platforms, technology providers, venues, delivery services, manufacturers, contractors, or other independent parties. Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for resolving matters that fall solely within the control or responsibility of an independent third party, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either the client or Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder from exercising any legal, contractual, administrative, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, collection, enforcement, or other right available under applicable law or another valid agreement.
Any formal dispute process, governing-law provision, jurisdiction provision, mediation requirement, arbitration provision, or other dispute-resolution term contained in another applicable Infused Transitions agreement or policy remains in effect according to its own terms.
XXVIII. Provider Unavailability, Emergencies, and Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Infused Transitions may need to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, interrupt, or discontinue a service, session, workshop, event, program, course, appointment, in-home offering, or other scheduled activity because of circumstances that are unexpected, unavoidable, or beyond reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- illness, injury, medical emergency, incapacity, or other health-related circumstances;
- death, bereavement, grief, mourning, or the need to attend to family or personal loss;
- severe weather, hazardous travel conditions, natural disasters, fire, flooding, utility interruption, or other environmental conditions;
- transportation failure, road closure, venue closure, building or facility problems, or loss of access to a location;
- internet, telecommunications, software, platform, equipment, payment-system, or other technology failure;
- government action, emergency order, public-health restriction, civil disturbance, labor disruption, or other legal or operational restriction;
- acts or omissions of third-party venues, providers, contractors, platforms, delivery services, or other independent parties;
- other circumstances that reasonably prevent, delay, materially interfere with, or make performance unsafe, impracticable, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Where reasonably possible, Infused Transitions will attempt to communicate material scheduling or delivery changes and may offer rescheduling, modification, substitution, credit, refund, or another remedy where appropriate under the applicable Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy or other governing terms.
A delay, interruption, cancellation, or modification caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control does not automatically constitute a breach of this Agreement or create liability for consequences that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for losses, expenses, inconvenience, travel costs, lodging costs, missed opportunities, or other consequences resulting from such circumstances except to the extent responsibility is required by applicable law or expressly provided under an applicable written policy or agreement.
Nothing in this section prevents Infused Transitions from voluntarily offering a remedy that is more favorable to the client than otherwise required.
XXIX. Notices and Communications
Infused Transitions may communicate with a client regarding appointments, scheduling, purchases, payments, policies, consent requirements, service changes, event information, location information, digital access, administrative matters, legal notices, or other matters related to the client relationship.
Communications may be provided through methods reasonably appropriate to the circumstances, including email, website notices, booking or scheduling systems, electronic forms, text messaging where authorized, written documents, client portals, payment platforms, or other available communication methods.
The client is responsible for providing reasonably accurate and current contact information when such information is necessary for communication related to an applicable service, transaction, booking, purchase, event, program, course, product, or other offering.
The client understands that:
- failure to review a communication that was properly sent to the contact information or account provided by the client does not automatically invalidate the communication;
- certain notices or communications may require acknowledgment, signature, initials, checkbox acceptance, or another form of confirmation;
- routine administrative or transactional communications are separate from optional marketing or promotional communications;
- consent to receive necessary service-related or transactional communications does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing communications where separate consent is required.
Where an Infused Transitions policy, agreement, consent, disclosure, license, or other legal document is revised or replaced, notice may be provided in the manner stated in that document or through another legally sufficient method appropriate to the circumstances.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for a client’s failure to receive or review a communication because of inaccurate contact information, spam filtering, blocked messages, account settings, third-party platform failures, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
XXX. Indemnification and Responsibility for Client Conduct
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, or demands arising from the client’s own unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, material breach of this Agreement, misuse of Infused Transitions services or products, infringement or misuse of Infused Transitions intellectual property, violation of another person’s rights, or damage caused by the client or by a person or animal for whom the client is responsible under this Agreement.
Where permitted by law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder from third-party claims arising directly from such conduct.
This provision does not require the client to indemnify Infused Transitions or any protected party for negligence, gross negligence, reckless conduct, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be shifted, waived, or limited.
Nothing in this section expands the client’s responsibility beyond what is permitted by applicable law or creates liability for matters outside the client’s reasonable control.
XXXI. Survival of Certain Provisions
Termination, completion, cancellation, expiration, discontinuation, refund, or other conclusion of a client relationship, service, session, workshop, event, program, course, purchase, license, or other offering does not automatically terminate provisions that by their nature are intended to continue.
Such continuing provisions may include, where applicable:
- intellectual-property ownership, restrictions, and licensing terms;
- confidentiality and privacy obligations;
- payment obligations that arose before termination;
- refund, cancellation, return, shipping, and fulfillment terms;
- limitations of liability and assumption-of-responsibility provisions;
- indemnification obligations;
- governing-law, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, and enforcement provisions;
- recordkeeping and documentation rights;
- restrictions on reproduction, redistribution, resale, misuse, or unauthorized commercial use;
- succession, assignment, inheritance, administration, and lawful transfer provisions;
- any other term that expressly states or reasonably requires that it remain effective after the relationship or transaction ends.
A provision does not survive merely because Infused Transitions prefers that it do so. It survives only where the language, subject matter, applicable agreement, or applicable law supports continued effect.
The end of a client relationship also does not automatically extinguish rights, responsibilities, claims, defenses, remedies, or obligations that arose before the relationship ended.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder may continue to enforce surviving provisions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
XXXII. Headings, Interpretation, and Construction
Section titles, headings, numbering, formatting, and organization are provided for convenience and readability and do not independently expand, restrict, replace, or alter the substantive meaning of the provisions they contain.
Words and phrases used in this Agreement should be interpreted according to their ordinary meaning unless a different meaning is expressly stated or clearly required by context.
References to a singular person, service, product, document, location, right, obligation, or other matter may include the plural where appropriate, and references to the plural may include the singular where appropriate.
References to an Infused Transitions agreement, policy, consent, disclosure, license, notice, procedure, form, or other written term include the applicable current version and, where lawfully adopted and relevant, later amendments, revisions, replacements, supplements, or successor versions.
Illustrative words or phrases such as “including,” “includes,” “such as,” “may include,” or similar wording are intended to provide examples and are not intended to create an exhaustive list unless the language expressly states otherwise.
No provision should be interpreted against a party solely because that party, or someone acting on that party’s behalf, prepared or proposed the wording.
If a provision is reasonably capable of more than one interpretation, it should be interpreted, where possible, in a manner that preserves the lawful effect of the Agreement and remains consistent with the other applicable Infused Transitions agreements, policies, consents, disclosures, licenses, notices, and written terms.
Nothing in this section permits an interpretation that overrides a mandatory requirement of applicable law.
XXXIII. Final Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing, electronically accepting, checking the applicable acknowledgment box, initialing where required, or otherwise providing legally valid consent, the client confirms that they have reviewed this Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent and understand that it forms part of the broader Infused Transitions legal framework.
The client acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to ask questions before participating in or purchasing an applicable service, session, workshop, event, program, course, product, location-based offering, in-home offering, or other Infused Transitions offering.
The client further confirms that they understand and accept the provisions concerning:
- the nature and scope of Infused Transitions services and offerings;
- professional boundaries and scope-of-practice limitations;
- personal responsibility, suitability, and voluntary participation;
- informed consent and the right to decline applicable optional activities or modalities;
- health, safety, environmental, financial, legal, and other individual considerations;
- confidentiality, privacy, scheduling, cancellations, fees, and payments;
- products, intellectual property, recordings, materials, testimonials, and client conduct;
- third-party providers, venues, platforms, facilities, locations, and in-home settings;
- emergencies, provider unavailability, force majeure, and matters outside scope;
- limitation of liability, negligence carve-outs, indemnification, dispute-related provisions, and other legal protections;
- assignment, succession, lawful transfer, survival of provisions, and future amendments or successor documents.
The client understands that acceptance of this Agreement does not constitute consent to any separate optional authorization, including testimonial use, marketing use, photography, recording, publicity, or other optional permissions that require their own separate acknowledgment.

XXXIV. Effective Date, Contact Information, and Updates
This Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent is effective as of October 4, 2026, unless a later effective date is stated in a subsequently adopted version.
Questions regarding this Agreement, requests for clarification, or communications concerning an applicable service, consent, policy, or client relationship may be directed to Infused Transitions through the contact methods currently provided on the Infused Transitions website or through another communication method formally designated by Infused Transitions.
Because contact information, website structure, business locations, platforms, service methods, and other operational details may change over time, a change to such information does not by itself invalidate this Agreement or require the entire Agreement to be reissued.
Where Infused Transitions later adopts a revised, replacement, supplemental, or successor version of this Agreement, the applicable effective date and method of acceptance will govern that version.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder may maintain historical versions of this Agreement for legitimate business, administrative, legal, recordkeeping, succession, or dispute-resolution purposes.
This section does not alter any requirement elsewhere in this Agreement concerning notice, consent, acknowledgment, signature, initials, checkbox acceptance, or other legally required form of agreement.
INFUSED TRANSITIONS
PRODUCT / DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSING TERMS
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
I. Purpose, Scope, and Application of These Licensing Terms
These Product / Digital Content Licensing Terms govern the purchase, access, download, receipt, possession, use, reproduction, sharing, distribution, licensing, and other use of applicable products, digital content, intellectual property, and related materials created, owned, published, distributed, licensed, or otherwise made available by Infused Transitions.
These Licensing Terms may apply to current and future offerings, including, but not limited to:
- card decks and accompanying guidebooks, instructions, card meanings, spreads, exercises, or related materials;
- books, journals, workbooks, planners, calendars, reflection materials, and other written or printed products;
- digital downloads, electronic documents, PDFs, worksheets, templates, prompts, exercises, meditations, recordings, audio, video, images, artwork, graphics, photographs, and other digital content;
- podcasts, podcast episodes, audio series, interviews, spoken-word content, webinars, livestreams, replays, and other current or future audio or visual formats;
- courses, programs, trainings, workshops, educational materials, presentation materials, and related resources;
- spiritual, intuitive, energetic, meditative, coaching, personal-development, Akashic Records, sound-based, or other proprietary teachings, practices, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, concepts, and materials;
- downloadable, streamed, subscription-based, member-access, password-protected, private-link, or otherwise restricted content;
- merchandise, physical products, printed materials, and products containing or reproducing Infused Transitions intellectual property;
- materials provided in connection with one-to-one, small-group, large-group, or mass-audience services, sessions, workshops, events, retreats, classes, trainings, speaking engagements, guest appearances, presentations, programs, courses, physical locations, facilities, venues, client locations, or other offerings, whether delivered in person, digitally, virtually, by livestream, recording, video conference, private link, replay, hybrid format, subscription platform, or another current or future method of access or delivery;
- future products, technologies, formats, delivery methods, media, platforms, collections, publications, programs, or other forms of intellectual property not presently offered or specifically named in these Licensing Terms.
These Licensing Terms apply regardless of audience size, geographic location, delivery method, or whether the applicable content or offering is provided one-to-one, to a small group, to a large audience, in person, digitally, through livestream, recording, webinar, video conference, private link, replay, hybrid format, subscription platform, or another current or future method of access or delivery.
These Licensing Terms apply together with the applicable Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent where applicable, and any product-specific, content-specific, course-specific, program-specific, commercial-license, or other written terms governing the particular offering.
The purchase, receipt, possession, download, access, participation in, viewing of, or authorized use of an Infused Transitions product, digital item, session recording, private link, course, program, event, or other protected material does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, the purchaser or authorized user receives only the limited rights of use expressly granted under these Licensing Terms or the applicable written license.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain all ownership, copyright, intellectual-property, succession, administration, and other rights not expressly granted in writing.
These Licensing Terms are intended to apply to Infused Transitions intellectual property existing now as well as intellectual property, products, materials, technologies, formats, and offerings created, acquired, developed, published, or lawfully controlled in the future.
II. Ownership of Intellectual Property
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, all right, title, ownership, and interest in and to Infused Transitions intellectual property remain with Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder.
Infused Transitions intellectual property may include, but is not limited to:
- written works, books, articles, blogs, journals, workbooks, planners, calendars, manuals, guidebooks, and educational materials;
- card decks, card meanings, spreads, prompts, instructions, companion materials, and related concepts;
- courses, programs, workshops, trainings, presentations, speaking materials, lesson structures, exercises, and teaching materials;
- meditations, scripts, recordings, podcasts, podcast episodes, audio series, interviews, spoken-word content, webinars, livestreams, replays, video conferences, audio, video, sound-based content, visual content, photographs, artwork, graphics, designs, and digital media;
- one-to-one, small-group, large-group, and mass-audience session materials or recordings, whether live, prerecorded, streamed, private-link, replay, hybrid, in-person, or otherwise delivered;
- proprietary frameworks, methods, processes, models, systems, practices, terminology, exercises, questions, prompts, sequences, structures, and teaching concepts;
- spiritual, intuitive, energetic, reflective, coaching, personal-development, Akashic Records, and related materials or methodologies;
- product names, series names, slogans, branding, logos, visual identity, website content, packaging, promotional materials, and other protectable brand elements;
- downloadable content, digital files, subscription materials, member-only content, restricted-access materials, private links, and other electronically delivered content;
- derivative works, revisions, expansions, adaptations, compilations, collections, editions, translations, updates, and future versions of Infused Transitions intellectual property;
- intellectual property created, developed, acquired, inherited, assigned, licensed to Infused Transitions, or otherwise lawfully controlled in the future.
The purchase, possession, receipt, download, viewing, participation in, or access to an Infused Transitions product, course, program, service, event, session, recording, private link, physical location, facility, venue, or digital item does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, authorship, proprietary rights, ownership, control, succession rights, or any other interest in the underlying intellectual property unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
These Licensing Terms apply regardless of whether applicable products, materials, or content are received, accessed, purchased, distributed, viewed, or provided online, digitally, by mail, at an Infused Transitions physical location or facility, at a third-party venue, at an event, workshop, speaking engagement, course, program, client location, or through another current or future method of delivery.
A purchaser or authorized user receives only the specific license or permission expressly granted for the particular product or content.
No license, sale, purchase, subscription, membership, collaboration, distribution arrangement, fulfillment relationship, publishing arrangement, commercial-use permission, or other business relationship will be interpreted as transferring ownership or control of Infused Transitions intellectual property unless the transfer is expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed or otherwise legally executed by the lawful rights holder.
Nothing in these Licensing Terms limits the lawful inheritance, administration, stewardship, preservation, licensing, assignment, sale, transfer, continuation, or other management of Infused Transitions intellectual property by a lawful successor or rights holder.
III. Personal-Use License and Permitted Use
Unless a separate written license expressly provides otherwise, the purchase, receipt, download, access, possession, or authorized use of an Infused Transitions product, digital item, recording, podcast, webinar, livestream, course, program, worksheet, meditation, card deck, guidebook, journal, workbook, artwork, session recording, private link, replay, or other protected material grants the purchaser or authorized user a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for personal, noncommercial use only.
This limited personal-use license applies regardless of whether the applicable material is:
- purchased or accessed through the Infused Transitions website or another authorized platform;
- delivered digitally, electronically, physically, by mail, through download, streaming, subscription, private link, video conference, replay, or another delivery method;
- received at an Infused Transitions physical location or facility;
- received at a third-party venue, event, workshop, speaking engagement, course, program, retreat, client location, or other in-person setting;
- provided one-to-one, to a small group, to a large audience, or through a mass-audience digital or hybrid offering;
- provided through a current or future technology, platform, media format, or distribution method.
Under the personal-use license, the purchaser or authorized user may generally:
- read, view, listen to, access, or use the material for their own personal purposes;
- download or store an authorized copy where downloading or storage is permitted;
- print a reasonable number of copies for their own personal use where printing is permitted;
- use applicable exercises, meditations, prompts, worksheets, card decks, journals, workbooks, or other materials for their own personal reflection, learning, spiritual practice, or personal-development purposes;
- access purchased or authorized materials through the method and duration stated for the particular offering.
Access to a private session, session recording, private link, video call, livestream, replay, webinar, virtual event, or other restricted digital delivery does not grant permission to record, download, reproduce, forward, repost, rebroadcast, publicly share, distribute, publish, teach from, or otherwise use that content beyond the scope expressly authorized by Infused Transitions.
The personal-use license does not authorize the purchaser or user to teach from, reproduce for others, distribute, resell, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, upload, sublicense, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the protected material beyond the permissions expressly granted.
A purchaser or user does not acquire broader rights merely because the material was provided without charge, received as a gift, included with another offering, distributed at an event, accessed through a subscription, delivered through a private link, or made available temporarily.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain all rights not expressly granted under the applicable personal-use license.
IV. Prohibited Uses and Unauthorized Distribution
Unless a separate written license expressly permits otherwise, an Infused Transitions product, digital item, recording, podcast, webinar, livestream, replay, private link, session recording, course, program, worksheet, meditation, card deck, guidebook, journal, workbook, artwork, image, audio file, video file, written material, framework, exercise, prompt, teaching, or other protected content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, shared, sold, resold, sublicensed, licensed, transferred, posted, uploaded, transmitted, publicly performed, publicly displayed, taught, adapted, translated, recorded, rebroadcast, or commercially exploited beyond the scope of the applicable license.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- sharing purchased or restricted digital files, downloads, recordings, private links, replays, passwords, access credentials, or member-only materials with unauthorized individuals;
- making copies of protected materials for friends, family members, clients, students, customers, employees, groups, organizations, classrooms, workshops, events, businesses, or other third parties unless expressly permitted;
- recording, screen-recording, photographing, transcribing, downloading, forwarding, reposting, rebroadcasting, publishing, or distributing a private or restricted session, workshop, event, presentation, video call, livestream, replay, webinar, speaking engagement, or other protected offering without authorization;
- uploading protected materials to public or private websites, social-media platforms, file-sharing services, cloud drives, repositories, forums, groups, messaging platforms, learning-management systems, or other digital environments for access by others without authorization;
- reproducing or incorporating Infused Transitions materials into another person’s course, program, workshop, training, publication, business, product, service, subscription, membership, presentation, podcast, livestream, webinar, event, or other offering;
- selling, reselling, licensing, sublicensing, renting, lending, leasing, distributing, or otherwise commercially transferring protected materials without an appropriate written commercial license or other express authorization;
- removing, obscuring, altering, or misrepresenting copyright notices, trademarks, authorship, attribution, branding, ownership notices, watermarks, proprietary legends, or other identifying information;
- presenting Infused Transitions materials, concepts, frameworks, written content, visual content, recordings, or other protectable works as though they were created, authored, owned, or originated by another person or entity;
- creating unauthorized derivative works, adaptations, compilations, translations, rewritten versions, modified editions, or substantially similar products or materials based on protected Infused Transitions content;
- using protected content in a manner that exceeds the number of users, locations, devices, participants, seats, copies, downloads, or other limits established by the applicable license;
- using Infused Transitions materials in connection with unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, exploitative, or otherwise unauthorized activity.
The fact that material can technically be copied, downloaded, screen-captured, photographed, recorded, transcribed, forwarded, printed, or shared does not mean that such use is authorized.
Receipt of content at an event, physical location, third-party venue, workshop, speaking engagement, course, program, retreat, client location, or through a digital, virtual, private-link, hybrid, or mass-audience setting does not create broader copying, sharing, distribution, recording, or commercial-use rights.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder reserve all rights and remedies available under the applicable license, contract, intellectual-property law, and other applicable law in response to unauthorized use or distribution.
V. Artificial Intelligence, Automated Systems, and Machine Use
Unless a separate written license expressly permits otherwise, Infused Transitions products, digital content, written materials, recordings, private session recordings, private-link materials, images, artwork, card content, course materials, frameworks, prompts, exercises, teachings, methodologies, and other protected intellectual property may not be uploaded, submitted, entered, copied into, processed through, or otherwise provided to artificial-intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, content-generation systems, automated analysis tools, training datasets, model-development systems, or similar current or future technologies for unauthorized purposes.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- using Infused Transitions content to train, fine-tune, develop, improve, benchmark, evaluate, or otherwise support an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
- uploading protected content, including private or restricted session recordings or replays, into an AI system for the purpose of reproducing, rewriting, transforming, adapting, summarizing, repackaging, translating, expanding, imitating, or generating derivative material intended for publication, distribution, resale, teaching, commercial use, or sharing with others;
- using Infused Transitions content as prompts, source material, reference material, training material, examples, datasets, knowledge-base content, retrieval material, or model context for the creation of competing, derivative, substantially similar, or commercially exploitable works;
- using automated systems to extract, scrape, collect, index, archive, replicate, analyze, or reconstruct protected Infused Transitions materials beyond the scope of the applicable license;
- using AI-generated or machine-generated output to disguise, obscure, repackage, or circumvent unauthorized copying, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use of Infused Transitions intellectual property;
- representing AI-generated or machine-assisted material derived from protected Infused Transitions content as original work belonging to the user or another person or entity.
Personal use of an authorized product or participation in an authorized session does not automatically include permission to submit that product, session content, recording, replay, private link, transcript, or other protected content to an artificial-intelligence system, particularly where the system may retain, train on, reproduce, analyze, redistribute, or otherwise use submitted material under its own terms or technical processes.
A purchaser or authorized user is responsible for understanding the terms and data practices of any artificial-intelligence, automation, or technology platform they choose to use. Technical ability to upload or process protected content does not create legal permission to do so.
Where Infused Transitions expressly permits a particular AI-assisted use, that permission will be limited to the scope stated in the applicable written authorization and will not create broader reproduction, distribution, derivative-work, commercial-use, ownership, or training rights.
These restrictions apply to current technologies as well as future artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, automated-content, data-processing, or generative systems that perform substantially similar functions, whether or not specifically named in these Licensing Terms.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain all rights concerning the use of Infused Transitions intellectual property in artificial-intelligence systems, datasets, models, automated technologies, and machine-assisted environments unless those rights are expressly granted in writing.
VI. Commercial Use, Teaching, Professional Use, and Organizational Use
Unless a separate written commercial, educational, professional, organizational, or other expanded-use license expressly permits otherwise, Infused Transitions products and protected materials are licensed for personal, noncommercial use only.
A personal-use license does not authorize a purchaser or user to use Infused Transitions intellectual property as part of a business, paid service, professional practice, client session, classroom, training, workshop, course, membership, subscription, retreat, speaking engagement, event, organization, institution, publication, commercial platform, or other revenue-generating or professional activity, whether delivered in person, digitally, virtually, by livestream, recording, replay, video conference, private link, hybrid format, subscription platform, or another current or future method.
Expanded use may require a separate written license where a person or organization wishes to:
- use Infused Transitions materials with clients, customers, students, members, employees, participants, patients, congregants, attendees, or other groups;
- incorporate protected material into a paid or unpaid course, workshop, training, presentation, retreat, class, membership, subscription, professional service, virtual event, livestream, webinar, recording, replay, or organizational program;
- reproduce or distribute copies of worksheets, exercises, prompts, meditations, card materials, guides, journals, workbooks, digital files, recordings, or other materials for use by multiple people;
- publicly perform, display, present, facilitate, teach from, or otherwise use protected materials in a professional, educational, commercial, institutional, organizational, digital, virtual, hybrid, or mass-audience setting;
- include Infused Transitions intellectual property in another person’s or organization’s product, service, publication, program, event, platform, podcast, livestream, webinar, curriculum, or other offering;
- use Infused Transitions materials across multiple business locations, facilities, branches, departments, teams, classrooms, groups, platforms, or other organizational settings;
- create a licensed derivative, adaptation, translation, compilation, co-branded offering, or other authorized commercial use.
A commercial or expanded-use license may establish limits concerning the permitted material, number of users or participants, geographic territory, duration, locations, formats, platforms, reproduction quantities, distribution methods, attribution, royalties, fees, reporting, quality control, branding, modification rights, or other conditions.
Payment for a product, attendance at an event, completion of a course, participation in a session, receipt of a private link or replay, professional credential, certification held by the purchaser, or prior relationship with Infused Transitions does not automatically create teaching, facilitation, resale, reproduction, professional-use, organizational-use, or commercial-use rights.
Where expanded use is authorized, the licensee receives only the rights expressly stated in the applicable written license. All other rights remain reserved.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain the right to determine whether a requested commercial, teaching, professional, institutional, or organizational use will be licensed and on what lawful terms.
VII. License Duration, Access Periods, and Changes in Availability
Unless a separate written license or product-specific term states otherwise, the duration of a license or period of access may vary depending on the particular Infused Transitions product, digital content, course, program, membership, subscription, recording, session recording, private link, replay, download, platform, or other offering.
Some products or materials may be licensed for ongoing personal use, while others may be available only for a stated access period, subscription term, event period, program duration, replay window, download window, membership period, or other limited timeframe.
The purchaser or authorized user is responsible for reviewing any stated access duration, download deadline, replay period, expiration date, renewal term, subscription period, seat limitation, or other timing restriction that applies to the particular offering.
Where a product or digital item is made available through a third-party platform, hosting service, membership system, streaming service, video-conferencing service, private-link host, course platform, download provider, or other external technology, access may also depend on the continued operation and policies of that third party.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder do not guarantee perpetual availability of any third-party platform, hosting environment, streaming system, private-link host, video-conferencing service, download link, membership portal, course platform, technology, or delivery method.
Infused Transitions may modify, replace, relocate, migrate, discontinue, archive, reformat, update, or otherwise change the technical method by which authorized content is delivered or accessed, provided that such changes are consistent with the applicable written license, purchase terms, and law.
A change in platform, file format, delivery method, hosting provider, technology, access portal, private-link host, video-conferencing service, physical distribution method, or other method of delivery does not, by itself, expand the user’s license or transfer any additional ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Where a license is expressly granted for a defined term, continuation beyond that term may require renewal, reauthorization, additional payment, or a new agreement.
Where applicable, the rights of a purchaser or authorized user after expiration, cancellation, termination, or loss of access will be governed by the specific written license, product terms, and any surviving provisions that remain effective by their nature.
VIII. License Review, Renewal, Renegotiation, and Non-Renewal
Unless a separate written license expressly provides otherwise, no commercial, professional, teaching, organizational, distribution, publishing, or other expanded-use license is guaranteed to renew automatically, indefinitely, or perpetually.
Infused Transitions may establish periodic review, renewal, or reevaluation dates for applicable licenses. Those review points may be based on a stated term, calendar date, anniversary date, renewal cycle, project period, publication cycle, distribution period, or another schedule stated in the applicable written license.
At a review or renewal point, Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder may, subject to the applicable license and law:
- renew the license on the same terms;
- renew the license on revised terms;
- require amendment or renegotiation;
- revise royalty, fee, payment, reporting, territory, distribution, operational, branding, quality-control, or other license terms;
- reduce, expand, or otherwise modify the licensed scope;
- replace the license with a new agreement;
- decline to renew the license.
A decision not to renew a license does not require a prior breach by the licensee unless the written license expressly provides otherwise.
A lawful decision not to renew may be based on business, operational, strategic, financial, brand, reputational, quality-control, succession, intellectual-property, market, distribution, relationship, or other legitimate considerations.
If a licensee materially breaches the applicable agreement, exceeds the scope of the license, fails to meet payment or reporting obligations, misuses Infused Transitions intellectual property, violates applicable law, or otherwise triggers a suspension or termination right stated in the license, Infused Transitions may exercise those rights before the next scheduled review or renewal date where permitted.
A change in lawful ownership, administration, trusteeship, representation, assignment, or succession does not guarantee continuation of an existing license on unchanged terms. A lawful successor or rights holder may review the license and, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, require renewal, amendment, renegotiation, revised royalty terms, revised operational terms, or other changes.
No licensee acquires a perpetual right to unchanged terms, automatic renewal, continued access, continued commercial use, or continued association with Infused Transitions merely because a prior license was granted.
Nothing in this section permits retroactive modification of rights or obligations in a manner prohibited by the existing license or applicable law.
IX. Suspension, Termination, and Revocation of License Rights
Infused Transitions may suspend, restrict, terminate, revoke, or refuse to continue a license where the applicable written license, these Licensing Terms, another governing agreement, or applicable law permits that action.
Grounds for suspension, termination, revocation, or refusal may include, but are not limited to:
- material breach of the applicable license or another governing agreement;
- unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, resale, sublicensing, publication, teaching, reproduction, adaptation, commercial use, recording, rebroadcasting, forwarding, reposting, or other misuse of Infused Transitions intellectual property;
- use of licensed materials outside the approved scope, territory, platform, audience, number of users, number of locations, duration, or other stated limitation;
- failure to make required payments, royalties, fees, reports, accountings, disclosures, or other required submissions;
- failure to comply with branding, attribution, quality-control, confidentiality, security, privacy, or operational requirements stated in the applicable license;
- unauthorized use of Infused Transitions materials in artificial-intelligence systems, automated systems, training datasets, content-generation systems, or other technologies in violation of these Licensing Terms or the applicable license;
- unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, materially misleading, or otherwise improper use of the licensed material;
- conduct that materially harms, misrepresents, dilutes, damages, or creates substantial risk to Infused Transitions intellectual property, brand, reputation, business interests, or lawful rights;
- transfer, assignment, sublicense, delegation, sale, or other disposition of licensed rights without required authorization;
- failure to cure a breach within an applicable cure period, where the governing license provides for one.
Where appropriate and where the governing license allows, Infused Transitions may provide notice of a breach and an opportunity to correct it before termination. However, immediate suspension or termination may be permitted where the applicable agreement or law allows it, including where the conduct is serious, unlawful, intentionally infringing, fraudulent, threatening to intellectual-property rights, or otherwise requires prompt action.
Termination or revocation of a license ends the licensee’s right to continue using the affected Infused Transitions intellectual property except for any limited rights that expressly survive under the applicable written agreement or law.
Upon termination, the licensee may be required, as stated in the governing license, to stop use, remove content, discontinue distribution, return or destroy specified materials, disable access, remove branding, provide a final accounting, pay outstanding amounts, or complete other reasonable wind-down obligations.
Termination of a license does not automatically eliminate obligations, claims, payment duties, confidentiality requirements, intellectual-property protections, indemnification duties, reporting obligations, or other provisions that by their nature or express terms survive termination.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain the right to enforce surviving obligations and pursue available contractual, equitable, intellectual-property, or other lawful remedies following suspension, termination, or revocation.
X. Attribution, Branding, Trademarks, and Representation
Unless a separate written license expressly provides otherwise, no purchaser, user, licensee, distributor, collaborator, educator, facilitator, organization, or other person receives any ownership interest in Infused Transitions names, logos, marks, slogans, product names, series names, visual identity, packaging, trade dress, branding elements, or other protected identifiers merely because they are permitted to use or distribute certain Infused Transitions materials.
Where attribution is required, the licensee must use the attribution language, ownership notice, copyright notice, trademark notice, author credit, source identification, or other acknowledgment stated in the applicable written license.
A licensee may not:
- remove, obscure, alter, falsify, or omit required attribution, copyright, trademark, ownership, authorship, or proprietary notices;
- use the Infused Transitions name, Maureen Dodson’s name, logos, marks, slogans, product names, series names, branding, visual identity, or other identifiers in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, agency, employment, joint venture, franchise, or another relationship that has not been expressly authorized;
- create or register a business name, domain name, social-media name, username, account name, product name, course name, program name, trademark, service mark, publication title, or other identifier that is confusingly similar to or improperly derived from protected Infused Transitions branding;
- alter branding, packaging, artwork, product presentation, attribution, or identifying information in a manner that materially misrepresents the origin, nature, ownership, authorship, or approved use of the licensed material;
- use Infused Transitions branding in connection with unlawful, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, or unauthorized activity;
- imply that the licensee has authority to speak for, bind, represent, control, own, or succeed to Infused Transitions merely because a license or permission has been granted.
Where a license expressly permits use of Infused Transitions branding, logos, product names, visual elements, or trademarks, that permission is limited to the scope, purpose, duration, territory, format, and conditions stated in the applicable written license.
Infused Transitions may establish reasonable branding, presentation, quality-control, attribution, and usage requirements for commercial, professional, organizational, distribution, publishing, educational, or other expanded-use licenses.
A licensee does not acquire goodwill ownership, trademark ownership, succession rights, management rights, or broader control of Infused Transitions by virtue of permitted branding use.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain all ownership and enforcement rights in Infused Transitions branding, trademarks, proprietary identifiers, visual identity, and related goodwill except to the extent expressly granted in writing.
XI. Third-Party Platforms, Distribution, Fulfillment, and External Services
Infused Transitions products, digital content, recordings, session recordings, private links, replays, courses, programs, publications, merchandise, licensed materials, virtual events, workshops, speaking engagements, or other offerings may be sold, hosted, streamed, printed, manufactured, fulfilled, delivered, distributed, processed, or otherwise supported through independent third-party providers.
Such providers may include, but are not limited to:
- payment processors;
- print-on-demand providers;
- manufacturers and printers;
- shipping and delivery companies;
- digital-download providers;
- course, membership, or subscription platforms;
- website hosts and website plugins;
- video-conferencing, private-link hosting, streaming, podcast, webinar, livestream, replay, or media platforms, including services comparable to Signal, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, or future equivalents;
- marketplaces, distributors, retailers, publishers, or fulfillment providers;
- cloud-storage, communication, technology, analytics, security, or other service providers;
- physical venues, event providers, facilities, or other third parties involved in access or delivery.
A third-party provider may impose its own terms, privacy practices, payment requirements, technical requirements, account rules, geographic restrictions, content policies, shipping terms, accessibility limitations, platform limitations, or other conditions.
Use of a third-party platform or service does not transfer Infused Transitions intellectual-property ownership to that third party or to the purchaser, user, licensee, distributor, participant, viewer, or attendee unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
The availability of an Infused Transitions product or protected material through a marketplace, retailer, streaming platform, podcast platform, video-conferencing service, private-link host, course platform, social-media service, distributor, publisher, physical venue, or other third-party environment does not create broader recording, reproduction, resale, teaching, commercial-use, sublicensing, distribution, or ownership rights.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, technical failures, service interruptions, account decisions, data practices, security practices, delivery failures, manufacturing defects, shipping delays, platform restrictions, business closures, or other matters controlled solely by an independent third party, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Where a third-party relationship ends, changes, becomes unavailable, or is no longer suitable, Infused Transitions may change providers, platforms, printers, manufacturers, distributors, hosts, video-conferencing services, private-link hosts, delivery methods, or fulfillment systems without automatically expanding or extinguishing the underlying license rights, subject to the applicable written agreement and law.
Where applicable, Infused Transitions may provide a replacement access method, alternate platform, updated file, substitute fulfillment method, or other reasonable solution, but does not guarantee that a particular third-party provider, platform, technology, physical location, or delivery method will remain available indefinitely.
XII. Updates, Revisions, New Editions, and Replacement Content
Infused Transitions may revise, update, correct, expand, replace, reorganize, reformat, redesign, republish, or discontinue products, digital content, written materials, recordings, session recordings, replays, courses, programs, publications, card decks, guidebooks, podcasts, webinars, livestreams, virtual events, or other protected materials over time.
A purchaser or licensee does not automatically acquire a right to every future revision, update, new edition, replacement version, expanded version, reformatted version, bonus item, supplemental material, or newly created related product unless the applicable written terms expressly provide that right.
Infused Transitions may determine whether an update, revision, replacement, supplement, or new edition will be:
- provided without additional charge;
- made available only to certain purchasers, subscribers, members, licensees, or participants;
- offered as an optional paid upgrade;
- licensed separately;
- limited to a particular access period, platform, format, or user group;
- treated as a new product, new edition, new license, or new commercial arrangement.
A revision, correction, update, or replacement does not automatically expand the scope of a purchaser’s or licensee’s existing rights.
Where a new edition or replacement version materially changes the content, scope, delivery method, licensing structure, commercial-use terms, royalty structure, access terms, or other conditions, Infused Transitions may require acceptance of new or revised terms before providing continued access or expanded rights.
A prior version of a product or licensed work may remain subject to the terms that applied to that version, unless the applicable agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder may decide whether, when, and on what lawful terms updates, revisions, new editions, replacements, supplements, or related materials will be made available.
Nothing in this section requires Infused Transitions to continue publishing, maintaining, updating, supporting, reissuing, hosting, replaying, or replacing any particular product, edition, platform, format, recording, private link, or licensed material indefinitely.
XIII. Infringement, Unauthorized Use, Enforcement, and Remedies
Infused Transitions may take reasonable action to protect its products, digital content, intellectual property, licensing rights, branding, confidential materials, restricted sessions, private links, recordings, replays, and other proprietary interests from unauthorized use, infringement, misuse, copying, recording, distribution, rebroadcasting, misrepresentation, or other violations.
If Infused Transitions becomes aware of suspected unauthorized use, it may, where appropriate and permitted by law:
- request that the unauthorized use stop;
- require removal, deletion, return, destruction, correction, or discontinuation of improperly used or distributed materials;
- suspend or terminate access, accounts, licenses, permissions, subscriptions, memberships, private links, replays, or other rights;
- issue copyright, trademark, platform, hosting, marketplace, social-media, or other infringement or takedown notices;
- require payment of unpaid licensing fees, royalties, amounts due, or other contractual obligations;
- seek an accounting of copies, sales, distributions, downloads, viewers, participants, users, revenues, royalties, or other relevant activity;
- pursue contractual, injunctive, equitable, statutory, intellectual-property, or other remedies available under applicable law;
- take additional reasonable steps necessary to preserve evidence, protect ownership rights, prevent continued misuse, or limit further harm.
The failure of Infused Transitions to immediately identify, challenge, or act upon a particular unauthorized use does not constitute permission, waiver, abandonment, consent, or a transfer of rights.
Similarly, permitting one person or licensee to use particular material in a particular manner does not automatically authorize another person to make the same or similar use.
Where an infringement or license violation can reasonably be corrected, Infused Transitions may choose to provide an opportunity to cure the violation. Nothing in these Licensing Terms requires a cure opportunity where immediate action is permitted under the applicable agreement or law or where the circumstances reasonably warrant prompt enforcement.
Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder retain the right to determine whether and how to enforce Infused Transitions intellectual-property and licensing rights, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Nothing in this section requires Infused Transitions to pursue every actual or suspected infringement or to use any particular enforcement method.
XIV. Assignment, Transfer, Succession, and Change of Rights Holder
A purchaser, user, or licensee may not assign, transfer, delegate, sell, sublicense, or otherwise convey rights granted under an Infused Transitions license unless the applicable written license expressly permits that transfer.
Any attempted unauthorized transfer does not create valid ownership, licensing, succession, management, or control rights in Infused Transitions intellectual property.
Nothing in these Licensing Terms prevents Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder from lawfully transferring, assigning, administering, licensing, preserving, continuing, reorganizing, selling, or otherwise managing Infused Transitions intellectual property, licensing rights, contracts, royalties, business interests, records, and related assets through estate planning, inheritance, trust administration, business succession, assignment, sale, reorganization, or another lawful process.
A lawful change in ownership, administration, trusteeship, representation, assignment, or succession does not, by itself, invalidate existing licenses that were validly granted before the change.
However, a change in lawful rights holder also does not guarantee that a license will continue indefinitely or on unchanged terms. Existing licenses remain subject to their stated duration, review periods, renewal terms, termination provisions, amendment rights, royalty provisions, operational requirements, and other conditions.
Whenever permitted by the applicable license, including at any stated review point, renewal period, amendment opportunity, renegotiation period, expiration point, succession event, ownership change, administrative change, or other contractual point at which review or modification is allowed, a lawful successor or rights holder may review the license and may, where permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law:
- renew the license;
- decline to renew the license;
- amend or replace the license;
- require renegotiation;
- revise royalties, fees, reporting obligations, operational terms, territory, scope, branding requirements, quality-control provisions, or other conditions;
- reduce, expand, restructure, or otherwise modify the licensed rights;
- require execution of a new or successor agreement.
No licensee acquires a perpetual entitlement to unchanged terms, automatic renewal, continued commercial association, continued use of Infused Transitions branding, or continued access to licensed intellectual property merely because a prior license was granted.
A licensee also does not become an owner, successor, trustee, beneficiary, manager, controller, or other rights holder in Infused Transitions merely because the licensee has been granted permission to use particular intellectual property.
A lawful succession, transfer of ownership, transfer of administrative authority, assignment, trusteeship, representation, or other change involving Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or the applicable Infused Transitions rights holder does not erase accrued payment obligations, reporting duties, confidentiality requirements, intellectual-property protections, royalty obligations, infringement claims, or other provisions that remain enforceable under the applicable license.
XV. Governing Law, Relationship to Other Infused Transitions Terms, and Future Changes
These Product / Digital Content Licensing Terms are intended to operate together with the applicable Infused Transitions Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, Website Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy, Client Service Agreement / Informed Consent where applicable, and any separate product-specific, course-specific, program-specific, commercial-use, distribution, publishing, organizational, professional-use, or other written license or agreement.
These Licensing Terms also apply together with any future revisions, amendments, replacements, supplements, successor documents, new license forms, additional policies, or other written terms lawfully adopted by Infused Transitions and made applicable to the relevant product, content, transaction, user, purchaser, or licensee.
If a separate written license contains terms that are more specific to a particular product, work, licensee, territory, use, duration, royalty arrangement, distribution relationship, or other licensed matter, those specific terms will control only with respect to that particular subject and only to the extent of any direct conflict.
A product-specific or license-specific provision does not automatically amend, replace, invalidate, supersede, or alter unrelated Infused Transitions agreements, policies, licenses, or legal provisions unless it expressly states that it does so.
Any modification, amendment, waiver, replacement, or superseding term affecting an applicable Infused Transitions license must be made through a written or electronically documented agreement or other legally recognized written modification that clearly identifies the provision or subject being changed and is accepted by the parties whose rights or obligations are affected. An informal conversation, voicemail, casual message, verbal statement, course of dealing, or other communication that does not clearly evidence an agreed modification will not, by itself, amend or supersede the applicable license unless the governing license or applicable law expressly permits that method.
Any valid modification applies only to the provision, subject, scope, or rights expressly identified in that modification and does not automatically alter unrelated Infused Transitions terms, policies, licenses, or legal documents.
These Licensing Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, together with applicable federal intellectual-property laws, regulations, and other legal requirements, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
A change in Maureen Dodson’s residence, an Infused Transitions business address, principal place of business, physical location, facility, operating structure, ownership, administration, trusteeship, or lawful succession does not automatically change the governing law or invalidate these Licensing Terms. A future version may prospectively adopt a different governing-law provision if circumstances lawfully warrant it.
If any provision of these Licensing Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
XVI. Final Acknowledgment, Acceptance, and Effective Date
By purchasing, accessing, downloading, receiving, participating in, viewing, using, licensing, or otherwise obtaining an Infused Transitions product, digital item, course, program, session, session recording, private link, replay, virtual event, workshop, speaking engagement, recording, podcast, webinar, livestream, publication, card deck, written material, framework, teaching, or other protected content, the purchaser, user, participant, viewer, or licensee acknowledges that the applicable use is subject to these Product / Digital Content Licensing Terms and any additional written terms that govern the particular offering.
These Licensing Terms apply regardless of whether the protected content is delivered to one person, a small group, a large group, or a mass audience, and regardless of whether delivery occurs in person, digitally, through video conference, livestream, webinar, recording, replay, private link, hybrid format, subscription or membership platform, third-party platform, or another current or future delivery method.
Where a separate license, commercial-use agreement, professional-use agreement, distribution agreement, publishing agreement, organizational-use agreement, or other expanded-use arrangement is required, the applicable rights do not begin until the required agreement has been validly accepted and any required payment, signature, checkbox acknowledgment, electronic acceptance, or other stated condition has been completed.
The purchaser, user, participant, viewer, or licensee acknowledges that:
- ownership of the underlying Infused Transitions intellectual property is not transferred merely because a product, file, license, subscription, course, program, session, event, private link, replay, or other offering has been purchased, accessed, attended, viewed, or received;
- only the rights expressly granted in writing are authorized;
- personal-use rights do not automatically include recording, downloading, forwarding, reposting, rebroadcasting, publishing, teaching, professional, commercial, organizational, publishing, distribution, sublicensing, or resale rights;
- technical ability to copy, download, share, upload, reproduce, record, screen-capture, transcribe, alter, or process protected material does not create permission to do so;
- artificial-intelligence, automated-system, machine-learning, training-dataset, and other technology uses remain subject to the restrictions stated in these Licensing Terms and any applicable written license;
- licenses may be reviewed, renewed, renegotiated, modified, replaced, declined for renewal, suspended, or terminated where permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law;
- a lawful succession, transfer of ownership, transfer of administrative authority, trusteeship, assignment, or other change involving Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, or the applicable Infused Transitions rights holder does not automatically invalidate existing licensing obligations or grant a licensee ownership, succession, management, or control rights;
- future revisions, successor terms, additional licenses, or replacement agreements may apply where they are lawfully adopted and made applicable to the relevant product, content, transaction, purchaser, user, participant, viewer, or licensee.
These Product / Digital Content Licensing Terms are effective as of October 5, 2026, unless a later effective date is stated in a subsequently adopted version.
Questions regarding licensing, commercial use, teaching use, distribution, publishing, professional use, organizational use, recording permissions, digital delivery, private-link access, or other expanded permissions may be directed to Infused Transitions through the contact methods currently provided by the business or another formally designated communication method.

A recording or replay may be created, processed, stored, hosted, transmitted, or made accessible through an independent third-party platform or service, which may include video-conferencing platforms, private-link hosting, streaming or media platforms, cloud-based services, learning or event platforms, or other current or future technologies.
Access to a recording, replay, private link, password-protected page, restricted account, or other private delivery method does not transfer ownership of Infused Transitions intellectual property and does not grant permission to reproduce, download where downloading is not authorized, copy, record, screen-record, forward, repost, rebroadcast, publish, distribute, publicly share, teach from, sell, sublicense, upload to artificial-intelligence systems, or otherwise use the content beyond the rights expressly granted.
Where access is provided through an unlisted, private-link, password-protected, account-restricted, or similar method, the participant understands that the degree of privacy and access control depends on the features and practices of the applicable third-party platform. The participant is responsible for protecting private links, passwords, access credentials, and recordings made available to the participant and for not sharing them with unauthorized persons.
III. Third-Party Platforms, Security, and Retention
The participant understands that independent third-party platforms and service providers control their own systems, infrastructure, security practices, privacy practices, data-retention practices, account controls, technical operations, and platform policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infused Transitions, Maureen Dodson, and any lawful successor, trustee, personal representative, authorized representative, assignee, or other lawful rights holder are not responsible for a data breach, unauthorized third-party access, platform security failure, service interruption, technical failure, platform policy change, account action, retention practice, or other event occurring within systems controlled independently by a third-party provider, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or results from conduct for which applicable law imposes responsibility on Infused Transitions or the protected party.
Where Infused Transitions creates or possesses a temporary local copy of a recording solely for upload, transfer, or private delivery, Infused Transitions may delete that local copy after the recording has been successfully transferred or made available through the applicable delivery or hosting method and is no longer reasonably needed for that purpose.
Deletion of a recording from a device controlled by Infused Transitions does not constitute deletion from an independent third-party platform, its servers, backups, caches, archives, retention systems, or other technical environments outside the reasonable control of Infused Transitions.
IV. Group, Event, and Multi-Participant Recordings
When an offering includes more than one participant, recording may capture the voice, image, name, comments, questions, chat participation, screen presence, or other identifying participation of multiple individuals.
Where applicable, Infused Transitions may require separate recording consent from identifiable participants, attendees, presenters, facilitators, or other individuals whose participation may be captured. Consent by an organizer, purchaser, host, or one participant does not automatically constitute consent on behalf of every other identifiable participant unless that person is legally authorized to provide such consent.
A participant who does not consent to being recorded may be asked, where reasonably practicable, to participate without camera or microphone, use another participation method, refrain from recorded interaction, or select an alternative offering. In some offerings, recording may be integral to the format, in which case participation may not be available without recording consent.
V. Client Responsibility and Authorized Use
The participant is responsible for determining whether receiving or accessing a recording through the applicable platform or delivery method is appropriate for the participant’s circumstances, including privacy, technology, device security, account security, data use, and accessibility considerations.
The participant agrees not to intentionally bypass, defeat, alter, or misuse access restrictions, passwords, private links, account controls, or other protective measures associated with a recording or replay.
The participant understands that once a recording, link, file, password, credential, or replay is made available to the participant, Infused Transitions cannot control unauthorized disclosure, forwarding, copying, recording, screen-capture, or other misuse caused by the participant or by another person who obtains access through the participant, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
VI. Final Acknowledgment and Authorization
